According to an insider, Princess Eugenie and Meghan Markle have an unshakeable connection because Eugenie is still close with her older cousin Prince Harry.
Harry, Meghan And Princess Eugenie Have ‘An Unbreakable Bond’
Eugenie is the sole member of the Royal Family to have been to the couple’s new home in Montecito and was depicted in their Netflix documentary, Harry & Meghan.
It is said that Eugenie is in constant communication with the Duchess of Sussex to make sure that her son August has a strong bond with his cousins Archie and Lilibet.
A source confirmed the following: “Eugenie and Harry and Meghan have an unbreakable bond. They’re in regular communication and FaceTime at least once every couple of months with the children.”
Meghan and Eugenie had been acquainted with one another prior to the Duchess commencing her courtship with Prince Harry in 2016, and their friendship strengthened due to their mutual understanding of the journey of motherhood.
Eugenie is viewed as a trusted friend by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who confided in her regarding their relationship before news of it spread.
Not only that, but Meghan disclosed in the previous year that she and Harry spent a night out in Toronto anonymously for a Halloween celebration in the initial stages of their relationship.
In her comments in the docuseries, Meghan remarked: “He [Harry] came to see me in Toronto and our friends and his cousin Eugenie and now her husband Jack, they came as well, and the four of us snuck out in Halloween costumes to just have one fun night on the town before it was out in the world that we were a couple.”
The fans on social media, though, questioned whether the pair were still that close. This was on the basis of Meghan’s prior track record, which some felt was very telling.
One person wrote: “We all remember how Megan had to upstage Eugenie’s wedding with announcing her pregnancy. That was so tacky and showed what a narcissist Megan is.”
