WWE Smackdown Results returned as the Viking Raiders attacked Sheamus and Drew on their way to the ring and beat both down and threw them into the barricade. Ivar crushed both of them into the barricade with crossbodies before security came out.

Drew and Sheamus went after the Viking Raiders, so Hit Row came out. Adam Pearce said Hit Row isn’t getting a win because Drew and Sheamus left the tournament, and announced the replacement team of Ricochet and Braun Strowman

Tournament Semi-Finals Match- Braun Strowman and Ricochet vs. Hit Row (Ashante Adonis, Top Dolla) w/B-Fab

Ricochet and Adonis started it off, and Ricochet took it to Adonis and he sent Adonis to the floor, but Top Dolla prevented Ricochet form going off the ropes, so Ricochet sent hi to the floor with a step up kick.

THE MONSTER HAS BEEN UNLEASHED! 💪#BraunStrowman and @KingRicochet are not throwing away their shot in this #TagTeamTournament!#SmackDown pic.twitter.com/VJSeI3FuTu

    — WWE (@WWE) January 28, 2023

B-Fab grabbed Ricochet’s leg so Adonis could hit a dropkick for a pin attempt.

Top Dolla tagged in and they hit a double team move for a pin attempt.

Ricochet fought free and Strowman came in and mauled Top Dolla and Adonis before he sent Top Dolla to the floor with a clothesline.

Strowman hit a Monster Bomb on Adonis to move to the finals.

Backstage, the Usos interrupted Kevin Owens’ interview but security and Adam Pearce got there in time to break it up before anything got started.

The Usos were escorted out of the building and Jey called Zayn and told him he needs a favor.

LA Knight will meet the man he’s wanted to meet

    That's not #BrayWyatt… that's @RealLAKnight!

    …with the worlds smallest lantern. 😂 #SmackDown pic.twitter.com/yXQ0RY8yia

    — WWE (@WWE) January 28, 2023

LA Knight came out dressed like Bray Wyatt and he even had a mini lantern and turned the mockery up to 11.

Once in the ring, Knight removed his Wyatt garb, and talked about the biggest moment of Raw XXX was him coming to the ring. He then promised after their match Wyatt will be torn up like his mock clothing.

Wyatt appeared on the stage in a chair and told Knight he’s not laughing on the inside, and at the Royal Rumble he’ll get to meet the man he’s been looking for.

    Tournament Semi-Finals Match – Imperium (Kaiser Wilhelm, Giovanni Vince) Defeated Legado Del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro) w/Zelina Vega by Pinfall;

Kaiser and Wilde started it off, and Kaiser’s technical skills gave him the early advantage.

Cruz tagged in and picked up the pace against Vinci, but Vinci took back control with a clothesline, and Kaiser hammered away on Cruz.

    THIS IS AWESOME! 👏👏👏

These 4 men are giving it EVERYTHING they got in this back and fourth #TagTeamTournament semifinals match!#LegadoDelFantasma #Imperium #SmackDown pic.twitter.com/tjx1fih5IY

    — WWE (@WWE) January 28, 2023

Legado Del Fantasma started to get something going, but Imperium put an end to it with clotheslines.

Wilde hit a tornado DDT on Kaiser to buy some time, and Cruz tagged in and he hit a cross body and then sent Vinci flying with a head scissors.

Cruz and Wilde took out Imperium on the floor with double swantons.

Kaiser hit a slam onto the floor on Wilde, and Vinic hit a press slam on Cruz from the top rope but hurt his knee and tagged out. Imperium hit the Imperial Bomb for the win.

    Kevin Owens vs. Solo Sikoa

They started off exchanging rights, and then shoulder tackles until Owens hit an elbow and senton.

Solo headed to the floor for a breather, and he caught Owens and drove him into the barricade, ring post, and another barricade as he took control.

Owens avoided a charge in the corner and hit a series of rights and an inverted atomic drop and clothesline and DDT for a near pinfall.

Look out! 🫣@WWESoloSikoa just missed his Superkick on @FightOwensFight and connected with @SamiZayn! #SmackDown pic.twitter.com/ZAQoy72pAd

    — WWE (@WWE) January 28, 2023

They traded superkicks, and Solo countered a stunner with a Samoan Drop for a near pinfall.

Owens hit a series of superkicks and a swanton for a pin but Zayn pulled Solo out of the ring to break up the pin.

On the floor, Owens sidestepped a superkick and Solo hit Zayn, and Owens sent Solo into the ring steps but Solo sent him into the ring post.

Solo grabbed a chair and nailed Owens to lay him out on the announce desks, but Owens met him on the barricade and caught him with a superkick.

Owens popup powerbombed him onto the announce desk and grabbed the chair and nailed Solo with it, then threw it at Zayn on the floor to spare him.

This was a fun match with a curious ending that doesn’t help Sami Zayn out with Roman Reigns at all.
