AEW Dark rolls on as a fairly unique team of Tony Donati and Faboo Andre go up against the budding tandem of Kip Sabian and Jimmy Havoc. Kip seems to hurt himself trying to take off Jimmy’s spiked jacket.
Jimmy Havoc & Kip Sabian vs. Tony Dontai & Faboo Andre
Jimmy rushes in to clothesline both men before the bell. Havoc takes Andre into the corner, big knife edge chop. Bites his neck! Elbow right to the face takes him down to the mat. Tags Sabian in, Andre surprises him with a dropkick and Havoc tags himself right back in and takes him into the ropes, overhand chop! Whips him to the ropes, Andre ducks a few clotheslines, flying headscissor takedown! Headstand to block a whip in the corner, comes off with a crossbody, can’t quite pin him. Jimmy stops his momentum with an uppercut, whip to the corner, Andre evades in the corner but Sabian is ready to clothesline him from the apron! Kip tags in, stomps him against the corner. Quick tags and isolation, Havoc bites his forehead and throws him to the floor and now he’s distracting the referee as Penelope Ford goes after Andre.
Havoc throws Andre back into the ring. Tag to Sabian, Manhattan Drop holds him for the running dropkick from Havoc! Sabian flexes with a foot on his chest for a 2 count. Forearm to the face, tag to Havoc. Sabian with a snapmare, Havoc holds him on a tee for the field goal kick from Sabian! RIck Knox again calls it wide just to mess with them. Havoc hits the ropes, teases a sliding clothesline but instead puts his fingers forward in front of Andre’s eyes, Kip kicks him in the head to force the legal eyepoke! Havoc chokes Andre with his own hair! Andre’s forehead is bleeding from the bites. Havoc with a big elbow, wants the Acid Rainmaker, Andre slips underneath it and sends him to the corner, Kip tags himself in – Andre finally makes the tag to Donati! Some right hands, Sabian whips him to the corner, Donati evades a charge and hits a big German Suplex!
Havoc rushes into the ring, Donati back body drops him to the outside! Donati hooks Sabian’s arm for a complex suplex taking him onto his shoulder! Wants a suplex but Sabian reverses, puts him atop the top rope for a Hangman’s Neckbreaker! Donati wants a tag but Havoc’s taken Andre out, Havoc tags in, charges into a back elbow, Donati goes up top but Havoc stops him with a rising uppercut! Pulls him off the middle rope with a Running DVD! Kip tags in, diving footstomp to Donati! Havoc tags in, Dropkick/Michinoku Driver combo gets the victory!
Winners: Jimmy Havoc & Kip Sabian
Sabian and Havoc have some neat stuff going for them as a team for sure.
