WWE SmackDown continues! Sonya Deville cuts a promo talking about how Lacey Evans is just another barbie doll to destroy, but hilariously as she intensely speaks into the camera, Lacey Evans walks up behind her. She scares the hell out of her when she turns around. Cesaro and Nakamura argue with Shorty G about what happened in that battle royal. Cesaro asks if he really thinks he can be Intercontinental Champion? Says he did him a favor by taking him out of that battle royal. Tells him he’ll give him the chance to be the bigger man for once and walk away. Shorty G attacks him and is quickly pulled off. These two will no doubt have a fantastic match. Now, we have Lacey and Sonya squaring off.
Lacey Evans vs. Sonya Deville
Lacey and Sonya grapple to start. Evans confidently gives up her back to Sonya on the mat. Deville tries to wrestle her down but hilariously Evans wins out and embarrasses her. Lacey knocks Deville into the corner and tells her that Mandy will always be better than her, before throwing her handkerchief into her face. Deville is furious, stands up and nails her with a right hand to re-take the advantage. Pummels her in the corner, no clean break as she gets a cheap shot in. Takes her to the mat, Evans with a body shot but Deville keeps her down with some stomps. Stands upon the hair to torture her but Evans monkey flips her forward to escape this. Inverted Neckbreaker, Gator Roll towards the apron. She puts the ring skirt over her to batter her. Sonya fights out of this and the two of them wrestle to the floor. They start rolling around as the ref’s count reaches ten.
Winner: N/A
Maaaan are they playing fast and loose with DQs and count-outs now. They are about as comfortable doing these right now as they have ever been. Fight continues though, Lacey sends Deville into the announce table and then goes back into the ring. She dares Sonya to enter the ring and take her on. Sonya grabs the announcer’s headset and says she’ll fight on her terms.
Another Forgotten Sons segment. They introduce themselves as Sergeant Jaxson Ryker, Corporal Steve Cutler and the only man who truly appreciates what they’ve done, Wesley Blake. Blake says he was once one of us but he corrected his ways when he joined up with his brothers.
