The headline match of RevPro’s Epic Encounters event saw a preview of future title matches at Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion CHAOS member Will Ospreay teamed with Undisputed British Cruiserweight Champion Michael Oku against Kyle Fletcher and Speed King Champion Ricky Knight Jr (RKJ).
Fletcher will receive the next opportunity at the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship, while RKJ and Oku will wrestle on September 13th in the marquee of the Epic Encounters Two event for the Undisputed British Cruiserweight Championship in a unification match.
The match itself started quickly but did have traditional tag team wrestling moments during the middle. The ending sequences were in the post-2005 tag team style which saw RKJ pin Ospreay at the 15 minute and 30-second mark in what could set up a future program between the two.
After the match, there was a bit of tension between Fletcher and RKJ, which could also play into a future program. RKJ pinning Ospreay makes the Speed King Champion the favorite against Michael Oku later this month, yet Oku will look to overcome the odds once again.

Aleah James accompanied the Undisputed British Women’s Champion Gisele Shaw to the ring, while Jamie Hayter’s Odeo Tai tag team partner Bea Priestley.
The match was extremely physical and brought out the best in each wrestler in what was the top contest of the card. On multiple occasions, it looked as if Hayter was going to take the title for the second time, but Shaw wouldn’t be held down.
Gisele would earn a submission at the 17 minute and 40-second mark a Reverse Armbar technique. After the match, a tag match between Shaw/James and Priestley/Hayter was made for the September 13th Epic Encounters Two event.
The event can be streamed on RPWOnDemand.
