In the last two Hell in a Cell PPV’s we have very poor finishes that have given the Hell in a Cell matches a kind of bad reputation. This includes when Brock Lesnar kicked in the cage and attacked Roman Reigns and the match just kind of ended without a proper finish.
Then there was last year when we got a DQ in a Hell in a Cell match which made no sense as they’re usually no DQs. This match was between Seth Rollins and The Fiend and kind of destroyed The Fiend for a while. Looking at the matches currently booked it looks like it could be better this year.
Could it be a lot better?
There are two massive matches on this card that could steal the show. This being Jay Vs. Roman Reigns and Bayley Vs. Sasha Banks. These two matches have great build. The match between Jay and Roman has the most going for it due to looking like it’s definitely going to be a good match.
Sasha Banks Vs. Bayley does end up in a bad finish to prolong the feud for longer. If this match has a clean finish to it. They could still have a long time feud with some amazing matches if it’s booked right.
Could it be a lot worse?
Looking at the card it feels like a lot of matches could end in a bad finish. The match between both Bayley and Sasha Banks, Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre are Hell in a Cell matches. That could end in a weird finish to prolong the feud for even longer.
We have been waiting for a match between Bayley and Sasha Banks for a long time.The feud between Randy and Drew has been going on for months. With a lot of fans just wanting it to end now. If this match also ends in a weird way it could also ruin the match and the PPV.
