WWE Smackdown Results returned as Asuka and Charlotte Flair came out to the ring and Flair started it off by saying Christmas came early as the Empress and the Queen returned to Smackdown.
Bayley’s music then sounded and Bayley came out. Whelp, looks like no storyline here as the match was preset and this looks like a time waster before the match.
Bayley said the two of them were impressive, but not as impressive as her as she became the longest reigning Smackdown Women’s Champion, but Sasha Banks’ music started to cut her off.
Banks asked Bayley if she wanted to talk about who is the current Smackdown Woman’s Champion as Bianca Belair’s music started.
Belair then jumped on the impressive trainer but going on about being the EST of WWE.
And then it was Carmella’s time as she came out with Reginald.
Carmella started off by calling them witches, and said she meant b——. And then said to look at her as she’s naughty and nice, and Banks went after her but Bayley got between them
Triple Threat Elimination Women’s Championship Match – Asuka and Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Bayley and Carmella (Reginald) vs. Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair
The match started with Bayley and Flair in the ring to start off, and after locking up, Flair threw Bayley to the mat.
Bayley responded by stomping Flair’s toes, and then hammered away on her before Flair blocked her attempt to drive her into the corner.
Flair bounced Bayley’s head off the turnbuckle, then dropped her with a chop.
Flair tagged in Asuka, and they double teamed Bayley with kicks and chops before Asuka hit with a kick for a pin attempt.
Bayley held onto the ropes and this a right before hitting her with a chop and tagging in Carmella.
Carmella called time out to readjust her ring attire, then ducked a clothesline by Asuka and knocked Banks off the apron with a right.
Asuka hit her with a kick and then a hip attack.
Carmella caught Asuka with a boot in the corner, and then locked in an upside down before breaking it at the five count.
Asuka hit with a kick to the midsection, and banks tagged herself in and went for a pin attempt.
Banks then threw her into the corner and hit with a double knee before Belair tagged in.
Belair hit a shoulder before Carmella slipped out of a body slam attempt and tagged in Flair while the Riott Squad watched from backstage.
WWE Smackdown Results can’t help but wonder why they weren’t in this match since they have more of a claim than other teams.
Flair met Belair off the ropes with a shoulder block, but it was a stalemate.
Flair locked in a side headlock, the cartwheeled over Belair to mock her. Belair then drove her into a corner, and Belair flipped over her and mocked Flair.
Flair missed a big boot, but they hit each other with a double dropkick and then a double kip up.
Flair hit a kick and went for a body slam, but Belair slipped out and shoved her into the turnbuckle.
Flair then avoided Belair to shove her into the turnbuckle.
Asuka tagged in and Bayley tagged in.
Bayley then pulled Asuka off the apron while Flair nailed Carmella with several chops until Banks hit Flair with a meteora.
Carmella then drove Banks into the barricade, and Asuka took out Belair with a hip attack before throwing Bayley into the ring.
Asuka nailed Carmella, and Bayley hit a Bayley to Belly on Asuka for a near pinfall as we headed to commercial.
Asuka survives
Back from commercial, Bayley was in control over Asuka, but Asuka hit with a missile dropkick for a near pinfall.
Bayley then hit a clothesline and dragged Asuka toward Carmella.
Carmella bounced Asuka off her boot in the corner and stomped Asuka down, then hit a bronco buster for a near pinfall.
Carmella hit a suplex for another pin attempt, and Bayley stomped down Asuka before Carmella came back in and they double teamed Asuka.
Asuka tried to fight away from Carmella, but Carmella threw her back to the mat and tagged in Bayley. Carmella then took Flair out by knocking her off the apron.
Asuka hit a knee on Bayley and tagged in Belair.
Belair hit a couple of shoulder blocks, knocked Carmella off the apron, and then dropped Bayley with a dropkick.
Belair hit a series of shoulders on Bayley in the corner and stomped her down before hitting a stalling suplex for a near pinfall that Carmella saved.
Banks hit Carmella with a kick, but Flair caught Banks crossbody attempt and hit a fallaway slam. Belair took advantage of the moment to grab Flair and hit a Glam Slam.
Bayley rolled Belair up for a near pinfall, then Belair hit a spinebuster for a pin attempt, then tagged in Banks.
Banks hit a frog splash for the pin and eliminated Bayley and Carmella. It took a while, but WWE Smackdown Results expected this to be used for feuds,
Down to two
Banks and Flair circled each other, before Banks managed to hit a tilt the whirl type of move to attempt a Bank Statement.
Flair fought out of it and attempted a figure 4, but Banks rolled her over for a near pin. Flair hit a big boot off the ropes, then locked in a figure 8.
Belair tossed her hair to Banks to pull her to the corner to tag in.
Belair hit a somersault moonsault on Flair for a pin attempt.
Belair headed to the top rope, but Flair caught her and Belair seemed to injure her leg.
Belair rolled Flair up for a near pinfall, and Flair then locked in a figure 4 but Banks hit Flair with a meteora to break the hold.
Asuka tagged in and knocked Banks off the apron and into Reginald at ringside.
Bayley distracted Belair and Asuka rolled her up for a pin attempt, and then hit a series of kicks.
Bianca caught Asuka’s kick attempt and hit a sit out powerbomb.
Asuka hit a double knee and Flair hit a Natural Selection for the win.
While this was a great match, like the Universal Championship match, WWE Smackdown Results expected this outcome but it was still an awesome match
