WWE Smackdown Results returned as the camera switched to Kevin Owens in his car saying Reigns pulled some strings to keep him out.
He said it’s fine because at the Royal Rumble there are no more strings for him to pull as they’ll settle this once and for all.
He said Reigns has yet to beat him like the champion he claims to be; his family beat him.
He listed his tattoos and what they mean to him, ending with his grandfathers’ initials on his left knuckles.
Owens added that they were his biggest fans and his biggest regret is he didn’t make it to the WWE before they passed away, and he said their mark will always be with him.
He pointed out that they refused to stop fighting, and that made him lucky to have many great years with them. That’s why he refuses to stop fighting and it’s why he’ll be the last man standing at the Royal Rumble.
The Street Profits try to buy an opportunity
The Street Profits were backstage carrying a fruit basket and they asked Sonya Deville if she’s ready for the celebratory basket for her new job.
Ford said they’re not there just to congratulate her, but that it’s been 2 weeks since they lost their Tag Team Championships.
Dawkins offered a new t-shirt idea and Ford silenced him.
Deville said they deserve a rematch, but because Ford’s leg is still injured she can’t put him out there.
For the time being, they should hang out backstage and let other tag teams have a shot and then they’ll get their shot.
She took her basket and left, but the Street Profits didn’t look happy their pitch didn’t work.
Obstacle Course – Bayley vs. Bianca Belair
Michael Cole said some are calling this the “Ultimate Athlete Obstacle Course” and introduced Bianca Belair followed by Bayley.

Bayley thankfully grabbed the mic and sent Cole away and started to introduce the course and the rules.
Part of the course if Chad Gable offering a full body movement challenge (fireman’s carry). The event will stop when a basketball goes through the hoops to close it out.
Bayley started it off by flipping the 400 lbs tire, ran through the ropes, and then ran around the three walls after taking her sweet time.
She carried Gable through the allotted distance and stopped the clock at 1:12 after missing her first basketball shot.
Bayley then told Bianca to hold up so they could EST the course. Hurdles were put in instead of the ropes.
Belair flipped the tire over without trouble, took the hurdles and wood walls, and Gable introduced her to Fireman carrying Otis, which she did.
She then challenged Bayley to play some defense before dribbling around her and dunking the basketball challenge with 17 seconds to spare.
Belair was announced the winner and Bayley threw the basketball into her midsection and attacked her. Bayley pummeled and kicked her before she threw Belair into the basketball hoop support.
