This Sunday at All Out, The Young Bucks have to defend the AEW World Tag Team Championships in the second ever Steel Cage match in AEW history. They’ll be taking on The Lucha Bros, who are no strangers to The Bucks. However before we get there, they’ll meet in eight man tag team action, with Gallows & Anderson backing The Young Bucks, and Jurassic Express behind.
Some Heavy Interference Makes The Difference
Gallows would start with Luchasaurus, the two biggest men in this fight. They’d trade blows in the middle, with Gallows getting the dino into the corner. Gallows would be dropped with a big suplex, before Rey Fenix & Nick Jackson got in. Matt & Penta got tags before they’d all throw superkicks. The Elite would run everyone down, before order was restored.
Jungle Boy would try to get the fight back for his team, only to take a powerbomb on the apron by The Young Bucks. Gallows would tag in and throw his signature heavy blows, kicking Jungle Boy in the head. The Young Bucks would send him into the corner, but he’d show some fire and look to make the tag before Anderson yanked him out of the ring.
After a big lariat, Jungle Boy would get the tag to Fenix, who showed just how good he is. Lucha Bros nailed some tag team offense, and control was gone from the referee. Superkicks were thrown all over the ring, before Luchasarus would tag in and manhandle Gallows & Anderson.
Nick would be thrown onto his partners on the outside, but Anderson was hit with a chokeslam in the ring.Cutler saved Anderson from a super Fear Factor, and Fenix took a Magic Killer. A Meltzer driver would follow, and this one was over in favour of The Elite.
The Elite Reigns Supreme
After the match, Kenny Omega would hit the ring and help the beatdown. He’d direct traffic, including a Magic Killer through the table. Jungle Boy would be attacked and berated, and Christian would rush Omega down. However, he was outnumbered by The Elite and beaten down. Don Callis would be told to lower the steel cage, trapping Christian, Fenix and Penta inside the cage.
With the cage lowered, Omega would tee off on Christian. Some backup would come, with only Marko Stunt getting near into the cage, showing how well it might keep The Elite out on Sunday. Lucha Bros were handcuffed to the ropes and superkicked en masse. Omega would say to focus on Christian, and a BTE Trigger would be his fate.
