It feels like another chapter is only beginning for the Elite and now that a PPV is scheduled for November. There could be change ups for what happens next to the complete Elite.
Kenny Omegas loses
Know that the Young Bucks have lost their belts. It feels like it is the right time for Kenny Omega to lose the belt. Full Gear may be the best place for this to happen. However, we are still waiting for the return of Hangman for this match at Full Gear.
Since Hangman leaving, a lot has changed within AEW, and many new wrestlers have joined. But that doesn’t mean that the payoff to Kenny Omega and Hangman Adam Page should be Page beating Kenny Omega for the belt. This could be the best for Kenny Omega. There are still a lot of Kenny Omega Dream matches. If Kenny loses the belt, that won’t affect who Kenny Omega feuds with next as it feels like it does at the moment.
Civil War within the Elite
Then after Kenny Omega loses the belt, a new story within the Elite can start to bloom. This being the Civil War between the Elite. Adam Cole feels like he will be the one to make The Elite imploded. It could be that this time around, Adam Cole and Young Bucks turn on Kenny Omega.
The three already have their old name back from the Super Kliq. It’s possible that this could start Kenny Omega’s redemption. There are so many different ways they could go with the breakup of the Elite, but it feels like it is all going to involve Adam Cole joining them and being moreover than Kenny Omega.
