Adam Cole coming into AEW was a welcome surprise for many, especially after reports of talks with WWE CEO Vince McMahon going well. This is a former World Champion who could really be the star of any promotion, and he’s looking to make it to the top of AEW. Being linked so deeply to The Elite is a great start, and tonight on AEW Rampage he has something to say – alongside another new name.
Unlike some who jumped to AEW, it was not an easy choice for Bryan Danielson to leave. However, now that he’s here he’s going right for Kenny Omega and his AEW World Heavyweight Championship. He’s made his intentions clear, and even made the claim that Kenny Omega is scared of him – and knows Danielson isn’t just on his level, Danielson is the one who sets the levels of whatever company he’s in.
Adam Cole Describes Why The Elite Is So Strong
Cole described the Elite as a group of the best wrestlers in the world – all because of their individual talents. He trusts Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks with his life. It’s nonsense that people like Bryan Danielson & Christian Cage think they can keep up with him – because they’re not going to be able too. He’s not even in his prime yet, and can already wrestle circles around guys like Cole & Bryan.
Bryan Danielson Is Ready To Kick The Head Of Kenny Omega In
Bryan meanwhile isn’t stupid enough to take on the entire Elite. He just wants to see what all the hype around Kenny Omega is really about. He’s heard for years that he’s the best in the world, yet when confronted he ran for the hills. Danielson is going to get his hands on Omega in due time, and there won’t be any singing and dancing like their encounter at PWG 100. It’s more likely someone gets their head kicked in.
