Aaron Rodgers has cleared up the misunderstanding surrounding his recent foot injury.
Aaron Rodgers Denies That He Has Covid Toe-‘It’s Just A Classic Case Of Disinformation’
The Green Bay Packers star had to refute claims that he was suffering from Covid toe. This condition apparently leads to the toes and fingers having lesions for people that have suffered from Covid.
But before fans could start to speculate whether he did have Covid, Aaron set the record straight by informing his fans that he had a foot injury.
In a statement given at a news conference, Aaron remarked: “I can’t believe I have to come on here and talk about my medical information, but yeah, I have a fractured toe.
“I’ve never heard of a COVID toe before. I have no lesions on my feet. It’s just a classic case of disinformation.” And to drive home that point, Aaron decided to show exactly what he was suffering from.
In the picture here, we can see that Aaron is holding up his toe towards the media. The picture was captioned by the following comments: “‘I have a fractured toe.’ Aaron Rodgers really showed his foot during his news conference.”
Nevertheless, people immediately began to assume that this was something worse. After all, Aaron had already been under scrutiny after he was accused of lying about his vaccination status when he informed the media he was ‘immunised.’
But Aaron simply shut those claims down. He added: “I’ve already talked enough on this show about my medical status. I have given you enough information at this point.
“I have a toe injury that’s not going away, and I’m going to be dealing with it for at least the next few weeks.”
The response on social media was one of ridicule. A large proportion of people could not contain the fact that Aaron had shown his foot to the camera.
One person on Twitter wrote: “He would be the co-worker who clips his toenails at his desk….He would be the co-worker who clips his toenails at his desk.”
It is safe to say that this will likely be the last time that we hear about Aaron’s injury for a while. Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
