Tristan hooked up with his trained while he and Khloe Kardashian were still together and planning to have another child together. Maralee claimed that the hookup happened on his 30th birthday and they were intimate twice. While Maralee claimed that their fling went on for a long time, Tristan said it only happened that night.

Now, Maralee is suing Tristan over allegations that he is the father of the child she welcome last week, and fans are currently blasting Tristan for always disappointing Khloe.

TMZ reports that the NBA star filed an emergency petition in Houston, Texas, to place a gag order on Maralee. Tristan said that Maralee violated the confidentiality order they received when she first filed the paternity suit. The NBA star thinks Maralee has been taking to the press and posting the wrong information via social media.
He said that she used Snapchat to create fabricated messages which she said were from him, but they’re all lies. He thinks her reason for doing this is “to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit,” according to the documents.
Tristan Wants To Keep is Baby Mama Drama From The Public
Tristan hopes a judge will approve the gag order. He also wants the judge to keep the rest of their proceeding a secret, including if he is the father of the child. The NBA star also wants the court to sanction the fitness trainer for the alleged leaks, which would make her pay $30,000 if she breaks the confidentiality order.
Some screenshots surfaced online that showed messages were Tristan said that he won’t be present in the boy’s life even if he is the father.
Meanwhile, Good American founder, Khloe Kardashian remains silent about the allegations as fan blast her for being too soft and patient with Tristan.
