Model Abbey Wilson has rejected claims that she has been charged with kidnapping her children from Girls Gone Wild’s honcho Joe Francis.
Model Abbey Wilson Denies Claims That She Kidnapped Her Children
Abbey Wilson for her part, shares children with none other than Joe Francis, founder of Girls Gone Wild. And reports indicated that the kids had not been seen in 10 days, as well as the fact that Abbey was facing a kidnapping charge in Mexico.
And given that they are no longer together, it is not surprising to hear that co-parenting parenting should be in place in order to allow Joe to see his children amicably.
And yet, according to TMZ, it is claimed that the model is not allowing Joe Francis to see his children despite a court order being issued to that effect.
Ronald Richards, who happens to be Abbey’s attorney, had this to say: “She categorically denies she has been charged with kidnapping.
“She has full temporary custody of her children. He only has limited supervised visitation.” If Ronald’s comments are taken to be true, then it would suggest that Joe is not really making an effort to see his children.
While there may be a legitimate justification for doing so, the very fact of the matter is that this claim would then suggest that Abbey Wilson is innocent of everything she has been accused of. And that is exactly how Ronald sees it all.
The attorney added: “In response to the bogus claims, our client is not missing. The Mexican court has her address.”
But that is not the only issue at hand. Abbey has also reportedly claimed that Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis was very violent and abusive towards her during the course of their relationship.
In addition, Abbey has stressed that Joe does have warrants for his arrest in Los Angeles, which he is clearly looking to avoid. As such, it is no surprise, then, that he will not be allowed to see his children in a manner that would naturally be allowed.
Ronald’s following comments confirmed as much: “He is a violent human being, and his track record proves that. He has a history of submitting false stories about our client.
“He should surrender to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.” So there you have it! Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
