The Duchess’ Cambridges’ official Instagram page shared a post that featured one of her birthday pictures photographed by Paolo Roversi and was signed “C,” which indicates was a personal note from Kate herself. The message read, “Thank you for all of your very kind birthday wishes, and to Paolo and the National Portrait Gallery for these three special portraits. C.” Her fans quickly reacted to the lovely message.

Kate Middleton was photographed at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew in November 2021. In the portraits, she looks so beautiful in three exquisite gowns by Alexander McQueen, the British label that designed her wedding dress. In one of the pictures, she paid tribute to her late mother-in-law Princess Diana by wearing her pearl drop earrings.
In another photo, Kate Middleton teamed a striking red one-shouldered gown and paired it with diamond earrings that she borrowed from the Queen. Paolo spoke about having the opportunity to take Kate’s pictures, saying: “Taking the portrait of Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cambridge, was a true honour for me, and a moment of pure joy” he said.
