A royal commentator has claimed that the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton and the Countess of Wessex, Sophie were “rebuffed” when they tried to offer Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle their support.

Royal commentator, Rachel Bowie said Kate and Sophie “tried their best” to reach out to Meghan Markle when she was struggling to adapt to the lifestyle but they were “rebuffed.” Meghan Markle had admitted that she was struggling with the pressure of joining the royal family shortly before she and her husband, Prince Harry announced their plans to step back in 2020.

The Royally Obsesses host said: “I think the context in this was Kate Middleton and Countess Sophie had really tried their best, according to a source, to reach out to Meghan, apparently, she was struggling so much in 2019 and they were rebuffed. “So according to a source… it’s just a rehashing of what we kind of had already heard, I think.”
