Tonight, AEW Dark comes to us from YouTube once more! First up, we have Marko Stunt making his singles debut against the sinister sadist Jimmy Havoc! Marko gets a pretty healthy pop as the crowd always loves Jurassic Express!
Jimmy Havoc vs. Marko Stunt
Stunt evades Havoc in the corner, gets a shoulder thrust in. Havoc reverses an irish whip to send him to the opposite corner, charges, Marko escapes to the apron and he hits the corner again. Springboard Elbow Drop, covers but Jimmy kicks out immediately. Stunt hits the ropes, charging dropkick sends him to the floor! Lope Suicida, and a second one! Crowd rises as he goes into the ring and hits the ropes for a middle rope Suicida Tornado DDT! Lovely! Throws him into the ring, goes up the top rope. Wants a flying Headscissor but Havoc blocks it! Buckle Bomb nailed, leading to a Brainbuster for a 2 count!
Dr. Luther and Mel appear on the stage. Luther points at Havoc and gets a little bit of heat. Jimmy throws Marko Stunt into the corner and grinds a boot against his face. Alley Oop Bomb, Marko landing hard, nearfall! Now Havoc torquing the neck of Marko. Pulls him up with a Front Chancery. Underhook Suplex, quite crisp. Hanging Neckbreaker nailed for a 2 count. Everything looks like a finisher on Marko, it’s kinda great. Marko with the boots up in the corner, charges for a Casadora, rolls through, leaps from the bottom rope at Havoc but he catches him Triangle-style, transitions right into a Crossface! Dang!
Marko makes the Jurassic Express watch as he works Marko in the ropes. Grinds the back of his neck against the steel turnbuckle, before violently pulling him by the hair and slamming the back of his head against the buckle, he lands hard on the floor! Chant of “Marko” as his buddies try and help him to his feet. Havoc pulls Marko in the ring, Gutwrench Suplex, Fisherman’s Suplex for a nearfall! “Let’s Go Marko” chant as Marko fights back with a superkick and a series of punches, Havoc shoves him away, Discus Elbow! Acid Rainmaker ducked, Marko gets him with an enziguri!
Evades a corner charge again, slips between his legs, WWE Headkick from the other side of the apron, up top for a Diving Stomp to the back! Hits the ropes for a charging knee strike! Havoc bails before he can cover him, gets some heat. Marko tries for another Lope Suicida but Havoc simply steps out of the way. Throws him into the ring, wicked forearm to the back of the head. Acid Rainmaker for the win!

Well that was way better than it had any right to be. I was wondering how Marko would do without his teamwork spots, turns out he’s just fine on his own too! Very good stuff.
