WWE Smackdown Live returned and the four men were brawling in the ring with a referee standing off to the side looking helpless.
Cesaro forced Rollins to the floor and the ref moved him to a corner to gain some semblance of control.
Once Bryan and Jey were separated, the match started and Bryan hit a running knee and a double underhook suplex for a pin attempt.
Bryan locked in an arm lock and tagged in Cesaro and they hit a double slam and Cesaro dropped an elbow for a pin attempt.
Cesaro then knocked Rollins off the apron, and hit a stalling suplex on Jey for a pin attempt.
Rollins blind tagged in and Cesaro caught him with an uppercut and then landed a series of blows in the corner, but missed a splash in the corner and Rollins caught him with a sling blade for a pin attempt.
Rollins hit Cesaro with an elbow and then a handful of strikes before tagging in Jey.
Jey hit a hip attack and then hit a clubbing crossface. The two exchanged blows and Jey locked in a leg bar for Rollins to his a knee off the ropes and then lock in a rear chin lock.
Cesaro reversed a whip into the corner but ran into a boot. Rollins leaped off the ropes and Cesaro caught him and hit a tilt the whirl backbreaker and tagged in Bryan.
Bryan headed to the top rope and hit a missile dropkick and knocked Jey off the apron.
Bryan hit a series of Yes! kicks, but Rollins ducked his last one and went for a step up kick, but Bryan caught him and went for an ankle lock and then a German suplex.
Rollins caught Bryan attempting a running knee and hit a buckle bomb as Jey blind tagged in. Jey then hit an Uso Splash off the top rope but Cesaro saved the pin.
Rollins and Jey hammered on Cesaro and threw him to the floor, then followed him out and hit a double suplex on the floor as we headed to commercial.
Rollins’s A game
WWE Smackdown Results returned from commercial and they’re in the ring with Rollins working on Bryan, who was wrapped in the ropes.
Rollins hit a running boot on the apron and rolled Bryan into the ring for a near pinfall.
Rollins jawed with Cesaro, then turned back to Bryan and hit a right to the back of Bryan’s neck for a pin attempt, then a second attempt.
Jey came in and superkicked Bryan in the back while Rollins held him, and Jey stomped Bryan’s midsection before hitting a big slap.
Rollins coked out Bryan while Jey distracted the ref, and Bryan hit Jey with a series of strikes and nailed Rollins before Jey hit a Samoan Drop for a pin attempt.
Rollins came in while Cesaro got the piped in chants going. Rollins hit a kick and threw Bryan into a corner and choked Bryan out.
Rollins yelled at Bryan for disrespecting him, and then whipped him into the opposite corner but Bryan flipped over him.
They went off the ropes and Rollins each hit a crossbody.
Cesaro and Jey tagged in and Cesaro hit a series of uppercuts on Jey and nailed a clothesline off the ropes for a near pinfall.
Cesaro went for the swing but Jey got to the ropes and hit a step up kick, but Cesaro hit a corkscrew uppercut for a near pinfall.
Jey countered a neutralizer, but Cesaro hit a pop up uppercut and Rollins broke up the pin.
Bryan grabbed Rollins and sent him to the floor then hit a suicide dive on Rollins.
Jey knocked Cesaro out of the ring and Jey went for a dive but Cesaro caught him with an uppercut and headed to the top rope.
Jey caught Cesaro with a superkick as we headed to commercial.
Won’t be denied
Back from commercial, Rollins and Cesaro exchanged blows in the ring, and Rollins countered a swing into a small package pin attempt.
Cesaro then took Rollins down and locked in the sharpshooter, but Jey hit Cesaro with a superkick from behind to break the hold.
Jey tagged in while Rollins headed to the floor and looked like he was leaving.
Jey headed to the top rope where Cesaro caught him with an uppercut as Rollins continued to limo his way up the ramp, saying he doesn’t need this.
Cesaro superplexed Jey into the ring and tagged in Bryan. Bryan hit a running knee for the pin.
This was a great match and could’ve gone the rest of the night had Rollins not left. Kinda wish we’d see an hour long match like in the old days.
Sending a message
After the match, Bryan grabbed a mic and mock-called Reigns about someone coming to get them and asked if Reigns was coming out.
Jey tried to attack from behind but Cesaro caught him and swung him while Bryan mocked Reigns. Cesaro let Jey go and hit an uppercut.
Bryan said he doesn’t think Reigns is coming out and Cesaro said they’re waiting.
Bryan commented on what kind of champion Reigns is while Cesaro said it shows what kind of man he is if he won’t help his cousin.
Bryan said why not swing Jey again to see if that brings Reigns out. Cesaro swung him and Bryan called Reigns out for needing Jey to help him in all of his matches.
All he has to do is accept Cesaro’s challenge to save Jey.
Reigns didn’t come out again and Bryan mocked him for being afraid, the how Reigns has always had help and knows he can’t beat Cesaro.
Bryan said Reigns is afraid that Cesaro will defeat him to become the new Universal Champion, and WWE Smackdown Results has to agree.
