Darcey Silva and her twin sister, Stacey were introduced in season 1 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days and they became famous. Viewers have watched Darcey deal with manipulations and heartbreaks from Jesse Meester and Tom Brooks. Darcey has had support from her twin sister and her teen daughters, Aniko and Aspen.
‘Darcey & Stacey’ – TLC Shuts Production Down Due To Covid-19 Scare
During episode 6 of Darcey & Stacey, Darcey got a call from her dad, Mike Silva who told her that the lady who helped them set up the party at his house has tested positive for COVID-19. Darcey responded, saying “The party can wait.” Darcey’s dad and her daughters were feeling fine but they had to isolate for 72 hours until they could get tested. Darcey also had to stay in her own apartment. A producer told the TLC star that, “Sorry, we have to shut down production,” and she kept asking, “Is this for real?”
‘Darcey & Stacey’ Spoilers: Filming Resumes As Darcey’s Family Tests Negative
Darcey, who was worried and confused, reached out to Georgi and asked him to come and be with her after she had left him in Virginia after their last argument. As soon s Georgi gave her the flowers he got for her, the crew was notified of potential COVID-19 concerns and shut down filming.
However, after three weeks of a halt, the Darcey & Stacey season 2 cast and crew can now start filming. The break actually gave Darcey and Georgi time to work on their issues. Darcey’s family tested negative to COVID-19 and she wanted to celebrate Christmas and Aniko’s birthday with Georgi.
Most of the TLC star’s apprehension about her fiance grew tenfold after she and his ex-wife, Octavia talked about his past and divorce. Darcey believed the ex blindly.
This was amplified by her friends telling her about the “American trash” and “when the money’s gone I’m gone” talks supposedly by Goergi, but he said he never made such comments, Darcey believed him. However, it seems Debbie, Reina, and Stacey are not too happy with Georgi, and this might cause a bigger rift between them.
