In South Bend, Indiana a wanted man was taken in by the U.S Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Indiana State Police on January 24, 2023. James Allen (32) was wanted on several outstanding arrest warrants. In Hong Kong, a 61-year-old butcher was killed by a pig slated for slaughter. The incident occurred on January 20, 2023 at a Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse when the worker—simply identified by his last name of “Cai”—shocked the pig with a cattle prod. The pig tackled Cai and knocked him down.
