WWE Friday Night SmackDown continues after that segment in which Shinsuke Nakamura laid out Braun Strowman. We’ve got that women’s fatal four way between Naomi, Carmella, Alexa Bliss and Dana Brooke as our official main event. And we now see Otis Dozovich preparing for his date with Mandy Rose, with Tucker Knight helping him out. They pick out an outfit for him, ripping the sleeves off of a tuxedo and trying to teach him basic table manners. Sheamus now makes his way out to beat Apollo Crews!
Sheamus vs. Apollo Crews
Apollo and Sheamus brawl to start, Apollo nails an enziguri, Sheamus with a sudden Brogue Kick and that’s that.
Winner: Sheamus
Yep! That’s what he did! And now he’s setting up for another Brogue Kick, but out comes Shorty G to make the save. He tries to pick the ankle, gets shoved away aaaaaand he also gets hit with a Brogue Kick. Cool, cool, cool, cool, cool.
Naomi vs. Carmella vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Dana Brooke (Winner will challenge Bayley for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship)
Dana and Naomi fight in one corner as Carmella and Alexa brawl in another. Naomi with a sunset flip, reversed for a 2 count. Flash pins aplenty. Stand off between all four of them. Alexa kicks Carmella into the corner, Handpsring Elbow from Dana stops that, Naomi knocks all three of them to the outside and hits a Corkscrew Tope! Bayley at ringside stands up and poses with the title above them, like she just took them all out. Naomi gets in her face as the crowd chants for Bayley. They brawl, no DQ in fatal four ways, and Bayley throws Naomi into the steps.
We come back to see a poorly shot high spot in progress! Dana Brooke apparently flew off the top rope but crashed and burned, Carmella nails her with a Reverse STO. Naomi fights back up, WWE Headkick from the apron, Springboard Crossbody on Dana and Bliss, Jawbreaker on Alexa, Springboard Roundhouse Kick to Dana for a nearfall, Alexa breaks it up. She deposits Naomi, Carmella rolls her up for a 2 count, Alexa slaps her down. Starts Insult to Injury but Dana interrupts, Sit-Out Powerbomb, Carmella has to break it up this time!
Carmella stomps Dana in the corner, moonwalks, Bronco Buster. Naomi grabs her by the hair, Bulldog to the middle turnbuckle! Split-Legged Moonsault, Dana breaks this cover up! Dana slaps Naomi, hoists her up onto her shoulders, Naomi escapes, Wheelbarrow Stunner! But Alexa with a basement dropkick to Naomi! Alexa pummels her in the corner. Naomi counters with an inside cradle for 2, Naomi with a scoop and a slam, leg drop for a nearfall! Naomi takes Alexa Bliss up top and pursues! Alexa fires back with forearms, takes her to the mat. Alexa just goes down and pins her for a nearfall.
Alexa with her running slap, cover for another nearfall. Naomi with an elbow, in come Carmella and Dana again, Naomi throws Alexa into Carmella and suplexes Dana into the ring! Hits the ropes, Split-Legged Legdrop on Dana for a nearfall! Naomi wants another buckle bulldog but Alexa counters, throwing her into the corner instead! Alexa Bliss goes up top. Twisted Bliss, but Naomi got the knees up! Rear View, Carmella with a couple of superkicks before she can cover, pins her for the win!
Winner: Carmella
Aaaaand Bayley in the ring for the immediate attack, hits the Stroke on Carmella and stands tall.
