AEW Dark continues. Next up, QT Marshall looks to get a rare AEW victory as he takes on Clutch Adams. I don’t know anything about Clutch other than his rad name, we’ll see if he lives up to it. Adams looks very confident as he comes out, yelling that it’s his time and smacking his chest. He leers at Dasha Gonzalez as he strips off his jacket, that seems to happen her a decent bit. QT comes out with heavily taped up ribs after his last match with Lance Archer.
QT Marshall vs. Clutch Adams
The two men lock up, QT takes Clutch into the corner, clean break but Clutch with a kick to the injured ribs! Facewashes him and then poses for the camera. But as soon as he turns around QT gets him with a big haymaker. Grabs the wrist, shoulder thrusts into the shoulder of Clutch but he reverses, takes him right into the corner, shoulder thrusts to the ribs and stomps to the midsection as well. Ref forces the break. Clutch tries to keep it on him but QT reverses, knife edge chop. Irish whip, Clutch tries a crossbody but QT catches him out of the air! Turns it into a biiig Vertical Suplex, very nice!
Clutch low bridges him to the outside but QT bounces right back up to the apron, rolls over Clutch’s back and hits the ropes but a Kitchen Sink Knee to the injured ribs flips him over! Only gets a 1 count on the cover though. Grabs both ankles, stomps the gut of QT. Stun Gun! Takes the time to taunt, smacking his hands before covering – another 1 count! Clutch seems frustrated. Pounds him into the corner, hammer whip to the opposite side! Charges but QT with a back elbow, back body drop takes him to the elevated ramp! QT pursues, clotheslines Clutch back into the ring! Back inside, QT with a combination of strikes, then hits him with the Lethal Combination! Clutch drives QT him into the corner repeatedly, Wheelbarrow Facebuster! Hoists him onto his shoulders, QT escapes behind him… spins him into the Diamond Cutter! And that is that!

That’s cute. QT’s BTE storyline saw DDP instructing him and telling him to find a different finisher, so here he up and hits the Diamond Cutter and it works out. Looked good too!
