Nyla Rose has been soul searching since she lost the AEW Women’s Championship at Double Or Nothing. She handed a pinfall on Hikaru Shida during a tag team match to partner, Penelope Ford, and would show up sparesly on the build to Fyter Fest. Shida would take Ford out in her first title defense, but now Nyla Rose is back in action tonight, requesting two opponents. She’d face Kenzie Page & KiLynn King. Hikaru Shida would be at ringside, watching closely.
Nyla Rose Makes Quick Work Of Her Opponents
Two on one makes an even fight for Nyla Rose, and she’d dominate this match all the same. Kenzie Page would run into a huge shoulder tackle, before being headbutted and slammed into the mat. A big jumping leg drop would be followed with a beatdown in the corner, then be thrown to make a tag. KiLynn King would come in, and the tall King would go behind Rose for a rear-naked choke.
She’d drive her opponent into the corner, and Page would rush in, with Rose side-stepping and hitting a German Suplex. Rose would cut King down with a spear before catching Page midair and throw her at King. Finally, a Beast Bomb to Page, onto King would end this match, as Rose pinned them both. Maybe they should try three on one next time, and have a glimmer of a chance.
Rose Has A Mystery Manager
After that dominant match, Rose would ask for the microphone. She noticed that in AEW, everyone has managers so she would get on that train next. Rose wouldn’t reveal who this is, but she promised us that this would bring her back to the championship. Managers bring success, and promised Shida that very soon, that title would be hers again.
