Topher shared some pictures to Instagram. He and Deavan posed for the latest issue of his digital fashion and lifestyle magazine. Deavan rocked a red evening gown, while topher wore a black suit. Fans noticed a sparkly ring on Deavan’s left ring finger and a gold band on her boyfriend’s left ring finger.

Deavan also shared photos to her own page, and captioned the images, “I love this man with all my heart. Super excited to start our new journey together.” Fans are wondering if they are engaged.

This is certainly not first time that Deavan and her boo will spark engagement rumors. Jihoon Lee’s ex was spotted rocking a diamond ring during the duo’s romantic weekend getaway to Park City, Utah to mark her birthday on Sunday, November 15.
She also previously stirred pregnancy rumors on Instagram. Fans asked her about it, but she shut them down saying, “Friendly reminder that I’m not pregnant. Stop asking. It’s extremely rude [side eye emoji]” via her Instagram story.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Did Deavan and Jihoon’s Get Married Legally?
Deavan and Jihoon Lee broke up already. Devan returned to America in May. She left Korea with her kids. The mother of two confirmed that she filed for divorce from her estranged husband in September, but they’re still legally married because Jihoon has refused to sign the papers.
But did the duo even get married legally? Deavan said Jihoon has blocked her number and she cannot reach him. However, if their marriage is legal, then they do not have to rely on a phone call to make their divorce official.
90 Day Fiancé blogger, John Yates revealed that the duo’s marriage was only legal in South Korea. He said that Jihoon isn’t the one to sign the papers that it is in Deavan’s hands as she is the only one who can make that call in America.
“Her marriage isn’t legal in the U.S. It’s only legal in South Korea,” John Yates All About the Tea. “Jihoon can’t file for divorce because South Korea has a specific adultery law which prohibits him from filing because Deavan is in a new relationship. The only way she can file in the states for a Korean divorce is if she claims abandonment, and has no contact with Jihoon for three years.”
