Ever since making his debut for the brand at NXT Takeover: Vengeance Day, LA Knight (formerly known as Eli Drake in Impact Wrestling and N.W.A) has been calling the shots. Tonight, he finally decides to come to the Capitol Wrestling Center with a live microphone to address all the fans of NXT. Anyone who knows this man knows that he’s magic on the microphone, so this should be a memorable way to kick off his time in an NXT ring!
Let LA Knight Talk To Ya!
The hottest free agent in professional wrestling was an easy pick for WWE, and that’s just what LA Knight was. He’d have a microphone, and say it’s been such a long wait to enter this ring, stare down the barrel and say “Lemme talk to ya!”.
This isn’t some childhood dream for LA Knight, it’s business. He’s not here to fulfill dreams, he’s here to run this show and beat anyone he meets. Knight would run down the main event names of NXT, saying that we’ve got men like Finn Balor, Adam Cole, Johnny Gargano, Kyle O’Reilly. They all got their flash and flips, but if they get in the ring with Knight? He will just beat their ass.
He’s the last of a dying breed, a pure wrestling badass. Don’t call him a cliche like the G.O.A.T, just call him his name L.A Knight. He’s here to run this brand, and it’s just a fact of life. After he finished up, he’d watch Bronson Reed make their way to the ring, and size up a potential challenger who arguably matches his style. No flash, just substance.
What is LA Knights ceiling in NXT? Could he become NXT North American Champion within 2021? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
