Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!

I’m your host, CP Bialois, and we’re looking forward to tonight’s episode and Bobby Lashley’s championship celebration. What could possibly go wrong?

Time to grab some snacks and settle in, and WWE Raw Live Results will be back at the 8 p.m. EST showtime with plenty of popcorn.

    Segment 1

The Miz cut an awesome heel promo where he claimed Shane McMahon cheated him out of his championship last week, and his rematch is after the commercial break.

Will the Miz win the title back?

    Segment 2

WWE Championship – Bobby Lashley (c) w/MVP vs. The Miz w/John Morrison

The Miz started this off by trying to stay away from Lashley and shoved him into the ring post on the floor before Lashley ran him over with a clothesline as we headed to commercial.

    Segment 3

The Miz put up a good fight, but Lashley dominated the match and punished the Miz before slapping in the Hurt Lock for the submission win.

Sheamus attacked McIntyre backstage and said he’s lived in McIntyre’s shadow for twenty years and he’ll make McIntyre’s life miserable because of it.

McIntyre then demanded that Adam Pearce put him and Sheamus in a no disqualification match tonight.

    Segment 4

We saw a recap of Shane McMahon and Braun Strowman last week, followed by a hilariously awesome R-Truth apology to Strowman.

Strowman told Truth he’s not looking for an apology from him, and was heading to the ring to demand on from Shane McMahon.

    Segment 5

Strowman demanded Shane come to the ring and apologize and Shane did that, then left.

Shane paused at the ramp to say something but changed his mind and headed to the back.

    Segment 6

No Disqualification – Sheamus vs. Drew McIntyre

McIntyre attacked Sheamus as he was introduced, and the match became every bit as brutal as we could imagine as they took turns beating each other with a kendo stick.

Sheamus chokeslammed McIntyre on the announce table as we headed to commercial.

    Segment 7

Pulling out all the stops, they collided with steel ring stairs and knocked each other out, They had their heads in the stairs’ curve for the ring when they collided.

The referee called for the bell as neither could continue and called for medical attention.

    Segment 8

A recap of Randy Orton’s feud with the Fiend and Alexa Bliss welcomed us back from commercial, and AJ Styles wasted no time in laughing at him and called it a weak excuse.

Orton challenged him to a match later tonight and Styles accepted.

    Segment 9

Xavier Woods w/Kofi Kingston vs. Shelton Benjamin w/Cedric Alexander

This was a fun match that Woods won after rolling Benjamin up in a small package when Benjamin wasted time talking smack with Kingston.

    Segment 10

Riddle vs. Slapjack w/Retribution (Mustafa Ali, T-Bar, Mace, Reckoning)

This was a quick but fun match that Riddle won after hitting a Bro Derek for the win.

Slapjack had a couple of chances to win while Ali constantly berated him. We’re waiting for Retribution to turn on Ali, and if Ali loses his US title chance next week it’d be a perfect time.

    Segment 11

Shane spent several minutes saying he would never call Strowman stupid, and pushed him hard enough Strowman chased him into the back.

A car took off and Strowman thought Shane was in it, and as he walked away Shane appeared and waved at his back and said “So stupid.”

    Segment 12

Women’s Tag Team Championship – Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax (c) w/Reginald vs. Lana and Naomi

This is an interesting match as Lana and Naomi more than held their own before Naomi hit a crossbody over the top rope on Baszler and Jax as we headed to commercial.

    Segment 13

This was a fun match as Reginald tripped up Naomi to help Jax and Baszler, and Jax took advantage of it to hit a splash and powerbomb on Lana for the win.

    Segment 14

Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke cut a promo saying they’re just as ambitious as anyone and want s shot at the tag team championship at WrestleMania.

Flair appeared and said she hopes their bark is as good as their bite.

    Segment 15

AJ Styles w/Omos vs. Randy Orton

Orton started it out on fire as he unloaded on Styles and nearly hit an RKO to end it early, but Styles slipped out of the hold.

Styles’ craftiness helped keep him in the match as he hit a forearm over the top rope on Orton on the floor as we headed to commercial.

    Segment 16

Orton had the brutal match won, but Alexa Bliss appeared on the titantron. When she blew out a match, Orton coughed up the black substance.

Styles took advantage of it to hit a Phenomenal Forearm for the win.

The show ended with pink light filling the arena and Bliss laughing at Orton as he sat on his knees in the ring.

This was a pretty good show, but ideally they should’ve stopped after two hours with Styles and Orton closing it out then.

Aside from their match, the last half of the show was slow and limped along after the first half had a crisp pace and feel similar to the Attitude Era.

This is just our opinion, and we’d love to hear yours, so let us know what you think in the comments below.

And of course, thank you for joining WWE Raw Live Results. We had a great time with you all and we can’t wait until next week. See you then!
