WWE Raw Results expect the Miz to take the fight to Lashley right away and make this a good fight.
Lashley came out to an awesome new video. Say what you want about the WWE, they never slack on production values.
The Miz started it off dancing around the ring, and then he rolled to the floor to keep Lashley on his toes before sliding in and repeating the process.
This time when he slipped out he came face to face with MVP and backed toward the ropes. Lashley grabbed him and pulled him up, and Miz hung him up on the top rope to no effect.
Lashley then suplexed him into the ring and took his time with a stalling suplex while Drew McIntyre watched from backstage.
Lashley shoved Miz into a corner and hit a handful of spears and then a right hand, but Miz sidestepped Lashley’s charge and Lashley hit the ring post and went to the floor.
Miz went out after him and shoved Lashley into the ring post, but Lashley nailed him with a clothesline as we headed to commercial.
Miz should’ve left it alone
Back from commercial, they were back in the ring with Lashley wearing Miz down with a neck lock.
The Miz tried to fight out of the hold with some elbows, and Lashley shoved him into the ropes and hit another clothesline.
The Miz tried to crawl out of the ring, but Lashley grabbed him and pulled him back into the ring. Miz rolled onto his back and kicked Lashley off him.
Miz sidestepped Lashley’s charge into the corner and Lashley stopped short, then caught Miz’s running knee attempt.
Lashley hip tossed the Miz across the ring and to the floor, and Lashley followed him.
Lashley then threw Miz into the barricade and dropped him onto it. Lashley followed it by slamming Miz’s head into the announce table and threw him into the ring.
Miz caught Lashley with a boot in the corner, and then fought out of a flatliner. Miz then pulled the top rope down so Lashley went to the floor.
Lashley dodged Miz’s double kick through the ropes and speared Miz into the ring post.
Lashley threw him into the ring and hit a flatliner, then hammered away on the Miz, punishing him
Lashley then hit his one armed spinebuster off the ropes, then locked in the Hurt Lock for the submission win.
This was a great way to start out the Almighty Era and WWE Raw Results hope he keeps the title for at least a year like Drew McIntyre should’ve. But that’s just us.
