If you have been watching BTE, you will know that Brandon Cutler will be the Elite’s Young Boy. Some may not know that Young Boy is their assistant. The comedy between Bradon Cutler and the Young Bucks has been growing a lot in the past couple of BTE’s episodes.
It may be due to Brandon Cutler most likely having more time. Then there’s the Young Bucks’ interaction with Brandon Cutler as a heel works great on BTE. Easily making one of the best segments on the weekly videos.
Is this a hint to a feud in the future?
In this week’s video, Brandon Cutler was given a see-through mask-like Cody Rhodes did back in WWE, along with a custom jacket with an AEW logo on the front and a ‘Young Boy’ in large white font on the back. The jacket is funny and shows him playing the part. What stood out here was the mask he is KayFabe wearing for his actual injured nose.
Cody Rhodes had this as one of his gimmicks back in WWE. There was no mention of Cody Rhodes in this part of the BTE, but the connection seems very likely. Maybe hinting at a feud between the Elite and Cody Rhodes in the future. It still feels weird we still haven’t seen them together in AEW.

Lastly, at the end of BTE, we got a dig at the controversy with Mickie James getting all her belongings in a trash bag. The Young Bucks gave Brandon Cutler his belongings in a bag as they said he would be out with an injury for a couple of months.
The bag had his name on it, like the image from the Twitter of Mickie James. It is not surprising that BTE did this as they do make fun of WWE a lot of the time within BTE.
