Mike Tyson is ready to shake things up once again as he prepares to make a return to AEW.

Mike Tyson Is Coming Back To AEW Dynamite

The boxer is a legend in his own right, but now he is seeking to extend his legacy to combat sports in general, with a keen eye for wrestling. He recently set the world alight when he made his boxing comeback to take on Roy Jones Jr. While it was only an exhibition that ultimately ended in the draw, it did inspire a new generation of fans to flock to the boxing world.

It seems Tony Khan is excited at the prospect. In an official statement, Tony said: “Mike Tyson always commands a massive ovation and the attention of fans worldwide. I’m excited for everyone here in Jacksonville and for those watching on TNT and around the world to see what Mike Tyson has in store for AEW.”

The last time that Mike came on AEW, he certainly left an impression. He got into a massive brawl with Chris Jerico, and had it not been for some intervention, things could have gotten nastier. It is important to note that Mike is not merely coming to make up the numbers. He still sees himself in prime shape, and that is precisely what Chris echoed.

In an interview with Digital Spy, Chris said: “He’s in great mental shape, physical shape, and he’s ready to make a comeback. Whether that means a boxing match or whether it means a wrestling match or whatever it could be.” Tony Khan is clearly pulling out all the stops to expand AEW to as many people as possible.

The recent inclusion of Shaquille O’Neal showed just that, as the former’s debut made waves across the industry. But as for Mike, while the spotlight will ultimately come his way, the ex- boxer has been focused on other ventures of late. He is seeking to use his fame in a positive way and raise money to help those who are in need.

His appearance fee will undoubtedly be huge, and the chances of it going to a good cause are likely to be high, given what he did with his last fee earned against Roy Jones.
