WWE Raw Results returned as Morrison started it off with a forearm, and then Priest went after him and beat him down early on and hit a sidewalk slam for a pin attempt.
Priest locked in an armbar but Morrison made it to the ropes to break it, and Morrison used it to gain some offense on Priest, including a knee for a near pinfall.
Morrison used his athleticism to avoid some of Priest’s attacked and land his own, but Priest hit a pop up forearm for a pin attempt that Morrison survived by grabbing the ropes.
The Miz tried to buy Morrison some time by challenging Priest on the floor as we headed to commercial.
Miz costs Morrison
Back from commercial , they’re back in the ring with Priest in control and hitting an elbow off the ropes. Once again, nothing happened on the floor and we’re not told what we missed.
After Morrison sent Priest to the floor, Miz his with a big boot while Morrison distracted the ref.
Morrison continued exchanging blows and kicks in the ring and hit a Russian leg sweep for a pin attempt.
Priest powered out of a neck hold and hit a bell clapper and a spinning heel kick to buy some time.
Priest hit a series of kicks and a Falcon Arrow for a near pinfall.
Priest fought off Morrison’s superplex attempt and it a kick off the top rope for a pin attempt.
Morrison had Priest pinned, but the Miz distracted the ref and Priest hit Hit the Lights for the win.
The Miz attacked Priest after the match and went for a Skull Crushing Finale, but Priest powered out of it and Miz took off to avoid his kick.
Priest grabbed Morrison and nailed another Hit the Lights to send a message to the Miz.
Pearce was backstage when Priest came up to him and asked for a lumberjack match for the Miz can’t run away from him and to take his beating.
WWE Raw Results love how Morrison has put up an awesome fight the last couple of weeks and had Priest beat if it hadn’t been for the Miz.
We’re looking forward to the two of them feuding when Morrison finally has enough of the Miz. We’re guessing that’ll happen when his wife if brought to the main roster.
