Impact Wrestling Preview is set as tonight marks the beginning of a new era as what’s old is new again as Christian Cage celebrates his victory over Kenny Omega for the Impact World Championship.
We also get to see Melina’s Impact Wrestling debut as well as some other great matches, so let’s get to the breakdown on what to expect and what we think will happen.
Before the Impact (BTI) – Tasha Steelz w/Savannah Evans vs. Havok w/Rosemary
Looks like the show’s going to be set up with a fun match as Steelz renews her rivalry with Havok as she and Evans chase the Knockouts Tag Team Championship.
These two always give us a great match, and this will be another one as they square off in a power versus speed matchup.
Havok should win this, but we think this will be a statement match for Steelz’s new attitude and Evans to display her power and harder edge against the Kaiju Queen, so we expect this to be a tossup or a DQ finish.

Matt Cardona vs. Shera w/Rohit Raju
Last week, Cardona was on the cusp of defeated Impact Wrestling newcomer John Skyler. It seemed to be a sure thing, but then Rohit cased a distraction that allowed Skyler to steal the win.
Now, Cardona will face off with Shera on his way to get Rohit one on one.
This will be a fun match, and we expect Cardona to come out with the win if he can overcome Shera’s power and Rohit’s interference.
Locker Room Talk featuring Tenille Dashwood
Madison Rayne returned to Impact Wrestling last week when she helped Tenille Dashwood beat Taylor Wilde.
We expect to get some answers tonight as Rayne takes back her set for her talk show, and we could be on the cusp of a new tag team in the Knockouts division.
They joined forces before but Tenille bailed on Rayne, so this is going to be an interesting back and forth as Rayne reestablishes herself and takes control.
Doc Gallows w/Karl Anderson vs. Joe Doering w/Violent By Design (Eric Young, Deaner, Rhino)
Before the Good Brother defend the Impact Tag Team Championship against VBD and Rich Swann and Willie Mack at Emergence, we get the two bulls going head to head.
This match will end in No Contest or a No Disqualification as Impact will want to keep both of them strong leading into the 3 Way Match, but this will still be an awesome match for fans of giants.
Moose and Ace Austin w/Madman Fulton vs. Sami Callihan and Chris Sabin
This is going to be one of those matches where mayhem and chaos will reign as the four runners up from the Number 1 Contenders Battle Royal team up and face off.
This has so much potential to be an awesome match if each part can put their personal issues aside.
We think Callihan and Sabin will be able to do it easier than Austin and Moose, since Fulton will probably be at ringside and taunt Moose one way or another.
Either way, this could be the match of the night just because of the talent in the ring. We can’t wait for this one.
Melina’s debut
Her opponent hasn’t been announced yet, but we’re expecting this to be a good match as she’ll prove she’s worthy to face Deonna Purrazzo at Emergence buy making a statement against proven talent.
The Knockouts division is arguably the best in professional wrestling, so this should be a fun one no matter who she faces.
Christian Cage returns
Though he’s with AEW, Christian Cage is a beloved member of the Impact Wrestling Family, and now that he’s taken the Impact title away from Kenny Omega we’re excited to see him return.
His return celebration will turn into a back and forth with Brian Myers, who he’s defending the title against at Emergence, and maybe even Kenny Omega if he decides to invoke his rematch clause.
No matter what happens, it’s going to be great seeing Christian in the Impact Zone again.
