Evelin wants an expensive wedding to make her friends jealous, and this is stressing Corey out. In an episode promo, Evelin and her sisters are looking for the perfect wedding dress for her, and Corey though that it was the right time to show her the dress he got for her from the United States.

Evelin didn’t like the dress that Corey’s sister wore to prom. She revealed during the confessional that the dress was old, dirty, and horrible.
After watching her reaction to the dress Corey brought for her, one tell said that the TLC star comes from the “slums of Ecuador,” and she should be grateful for Corey’s gesture. Critics then called her entitled and dismissive. However, Evelin slammed the hater and wrote, “Very rude of you and the people that agree with you to make comments like I am not worth of deserving nice things because of where I come from.”

Although her comments received positive reactions from her fans, some people said that she was overreacting. Some also felt that she should appreciate Corey’s gestures more.
The used dress Corey brought from America was actually very dirty. It doesn’t help that it was used by his sister for prom. Corey told the cameras that he couldn’t get an affordable dress, so he got his sister’s used dress.
Even though Evelin was right to reject the dress, she could have been a little appreciative for the sake of his feelings. Evelin thinks people should just enjoy the show and move on, but viewers will.always criticize.
