WWE Smackdown Results returned as Happy Corbin came out with Madcap Moss for Happy Talk.
Moss made a bad joke and Kevin Owens came out and beat down Moss, then headed into the ring and went after Corbin before the numbers took over.
The threw Owens into the turnbuckle, and Moss hit his finisher on Owens.
The Street Profits were supposed to be Corbin’s guests, but we guess they didn’t feel helping Owens out was needed.

Backstage, Naomi confronted Deville and Pearce, and after an exchange Deville told her she has a match next week against her. It’ll be awesome to see Deville back in the ring again.
King of the Ring Tournament Round One – Finn Balor vs. Cesaro
This should be a good match. Time to grab the popcorn.
They exchanged moves and holds to start it off before Cesaro hit a tilt the whirl backbreaker for a pin attempt.
Balor took Cesaro down and hit a double stomp to buy some time, then backdropped Cesaro to the floor, and Cesar caught him with a pop up uppercut for a pin attempt as we headed to commercial.
Back from commercial and they’re in the ring and Balor caught Cesaro with a double boot, and a reverse DDT elbow drop for a pin attempt.

Cesaro hit a series of European uppercuts from corner to corner until Balor hit a slingblade.
Balor headed to the top rope to finish it, but Cesaro caught him with an uppercut and a headbutt, then nailed a superplex for a pin attempt, then slapped on a crossface.
Balor rolled through a swing attempt for a pin attempt and then sidestepped Cesaro’s charge so he hit the ring post and followed that with a dive over the ropes and a dropkick in the ring.
Balor then hit the cu-de-grace for the win.
Backstage, Lynch went on a tirade about not getting respect, but Deville got her to sign the contract and Lynch shoved it into Pearce’s sensitive area.
Rollins gets his wish, sort of
Rollins headed into the ring and demanded Edge come to the ring and answer his challenge, and when nothing happened Rollins told him he can name the time, place, and stipulation.
He said they can even have the match in his living room.
Rollins asked what happened to him, then mocked him for ending him with a single stomp. He then added that no answer will be taken as an admission that Rollins is better than him in every way.
He accused Edge of disappointing him, his fans, and his family. It’s embarrassing but true, and he can’t imagine what it’s like for Edge’s daughters to know he’s a coward and not an inspiration.

Edge arrived in the building on the titantron and wasted no time in heading to the ring and Rollins grabbed a chair but ate a spear and rolled to the floor.
Edge hit him with another spear over the announce table, then threw him into ah ring steps and into the ring before he broke off a piece of a chair for his crossface.
Edge tried to lock it in but Rollins fought free with an elbow to Edge’s neck and headed up the ramp.
Edge grabbed a mic and said they’ll face each other in a Hell in a Cell for their match and Rollins looked shocked.
