‘Home Alone‘ star Devin Ratray had a moment to forget after the police were called after he had a dispute with none other than his girlfriend.
Police Showed Up After ‘Home Alone’ Star Devin Ratray Had Gotten Into A Heated Dispute With His Girlfriend
According to reports, Devin had gotten into an altercation with his girlfriend at a hotel in Oklahoma City. As such, the authorities got involved after they were called to the scene.
Representatives for Devin state that there was no physical violence involved, as the whole dispute was centred around a verbal exchange.
As such, the police had apparently left without making any actual arrests. Thereafter, it is claimed that they went their separate ways with his girlfriend checking into her own hotel room.
Nevertheless, this is not going to be the end of it for the following reasons. First of all, Devin’s girlfriend gives an entirely different encounter of events. She has allegedly decided to file a police report on the grounds that things had gotten violent.
It is claimed that Devin had gotten “physical with her during the argument, strangling her and putting his hand over her mouth. She says she bit his hand, he punched her in the face and she escaped to a stairwell.”
Secondly, if this is taken to be true, an investigation will be needed in order to determine whether or not there is enough evidence to convict Devin on this basis.
The response on social media was one of huge shock. This is because Devon is so synonymous with his role as Buzz McCallister in Home Alone movies that people could not imagine he was capable of doing such a thing.
However, in the actor’s defence, so far no charges have been issued. This means that it is only right that we give Devin the benefit of the doubt until things are proven to be otherwise.
And yet, that did not stop fans from feeling shocked about the whole thing. One person on Twitter wrote: “WOW CUM ONN MANN.”
