Kit Keenan has spoken on how she is looking forward to seeing Clayton Echard take on the role of the next Bachelor lead.

Kit is no stranger when it comes to the franchise. She first introduced herself to the fans when she appeared on Matt James’ season of the show.
While she did lose out to Rachael Kirkconnell, the latter’s scandal ultimately ended up dominating the headlines. However, this time around Kit has a good feeling that things will turn out well.
She admitted that she is well aware of one of the female contestants, Sarah H as shown in the picture here, after confirming that she was impressed by her following a meeting.
During an interview with Us Weekly, she said: “I actually met one of his girls. … Her name’s Sarah. So, I met Sarah in New York before she went on this season and she was, like, super bright-eyed … about going on.”
It is clear that Sarah did leave an impression on Kit. Much in the same way, Clayton has already impressed the fanbase with how he came across during his time on Michelle Young’s season of ‘The Bachelorette.’
Although he would go on to be eliminated during the sixth week, the fact that he resonated with the fans was the reason he was picked as the male lead. And that is why Kit cannot wait to see how he does.
She added: “[I’m] excited to see how Clayton handles everything. … I haven’t met him. He seems very cute, very wholesome.”
Nevertheless, Kit did admit that the franchise has thrown up many surprises in a negative way too. None more so than the recent split between Blake Moynes and Katie Thurston.
The pair split up after being engaged for around three months, which was followed up by the fact that Katie quickly moved on with John Hersey. That left Kit with many reservations.
Her following comments confirmed as much: “I mean, I was surprised by Katie and Blake just because I felt like they were a really good match.”
