Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause has surprisingly sympathised with fans who have been left annoyed by her personality on the show.
Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause Understands Fans Who Are Annoyed By Her Personality-‘I Am Working On It’
Chrishell, for her part, is known for being very bubbly. But given that she does wear her heart on her sleeve, that can often get her into trouble as not everybody interprets her comments in the way that she may be expecting them to.
Therefore, there have been suggestions that she is not very genuine as demonstrated by her recent relationship and split from Jason Oppenheim.
A certain subset of people believed that their relationship was done for publicity, given that it started before the fifth season and ended while it was reaching its conclusion. But Chrishell did not take this criticism to heart.
In a post to her fans on Twitter, she said: “When people watch #sellingsunset & get annoyed by my personality.
“Honestly, same. I think years of auditioning clicks a weird part of my brain when speaking to camera to be ‘ON’ and I am working on it. Lol.”
Nevertheless, the show has continued to go on from strength to strength. Netflix has recently confirmed that a new season has been renewed which is set to drop some point this year.
Although there is nothing to suggest that the show will be taken off air, as demonstrated by the impressive viewing figures, Chrishell could not help but joke about the prospect of it being removed in light of her own behaviour.
She added: “But girl just relax. By the time we’re cancelled I’ll get it.” Having said that, though, there were a certain subset of fans who supported how Chrishell came across on screen.
Regardless of what we think about her, the very fact of the matter is that the show would not be the same if she were not present. After all, she is one of the OG members of the show. That is why, Chrishell thanked those who continued to show their support.
She stated: “You’re so sweet-thank you. I wasn’t meaning to make people feel like I need defending. Was just laughing at how annoyed I get at myself when watching so I get it. That’s all.”
