Prince William and Kate Middleton are currently far more popular than Prince Charles and Camilla. According to the latest data collected by YouGov, the Cambridges are only behind the queen in a list of most renowned British royals in the globe. Over the last few months, William and Kate have completed countless royal tours together with Charles and Camilla, since their very first collective tour at Loughborough in February 2020.
The four royals attended the world premiere of the newest James Bond movie – No Time To Die, together, and Charles and William also collaborated at the recent COP26 summit in Glasgow. Meanwhile, Royal author Andrew Morton has revealed that he believes that the current working synergy between Charles, Camilla, William, and Kate will be maintained in the future.
He said, “The quartet of Charles, Camilla, William and Kate will be what you will see more of. Because those people in the palace who take notice of these things will have seen that William and Catherine are very very popular and photogenic and articulate and fit the bill.”
Further adding that “Whereas Charles and Camilla have tried manfully to establish themselves but it is still the younger generation that people focus on. So I think you are going to see Charles wanting to prop up his throne with the help of his son” The quartet last made a collective appearance at a royal engagement on the Commonwealth Day service.
