FTR have been at the top of the world for a while now as they’ve proven themselves to be one of the best tag teams in the world.
It was a fact that was often missed in the WWE as they were more often portrayed as henchmen of comical foils for their opponents toward the end of their run there.
Since leaving the WWE and signing with AEW, they’ve rebuilt themselves and won the ROH and AAA tag team championships and have had some amazing matches against the Young Bucks and Briscoes.
Through most of their AEW run, they were managed by Tully Blanchard but the duo recently fired him and it’s opened the door for another legend to possibly return.
FTR will FINALLY get their chance to be managed by Bret Hart when they take on the team of Brian Pillman Jr & Brock Anderson with Arn Anderson!
It happens on Friday June 10th in Webster, Ma!

The best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be
Into the void will step Bret Hart as FTR’s manager at an Indie show where they’re scheduled to face Brian Pillman Jr. and Brok Anderson managed by Arn Anderson at Big Time Wrestling in Webster, MA on June 10.
Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood confirmed it on Twitter, and they’re over the moon excited.
Oh yeah, this is real. Talk about a year.
Someone go check on Dax. https://t.co/JcYHHUYS8y

It looks like Dax could barely control his glee, and who can blame him?
“The Hart Foundation vs The Horsemen
“Aside from my daughter’s birth & my wedding, this might be the most special night of my life. My mentor, Arn Anderson, leads the Sons Of The Horsemen against me, my best friend, & my hero, Bret “The Hitman” Hart.
2022 is wild”

While this doesn’t have anything to do with AEW, it does show some promise that Bret could continue managing FTR as there’s a great deal of mutual respect between them.
All Elite
If Bret does become All Elite, it’d give Tony Kahn one of the greatest wrestling minds and performers in history, and he’d be wise to listen to Bret.
While Bret may not have been the biggest draw in the United States ass WWE champion, he’s always been a fan favorite and had some of the best matches in history.
It’d give more credence to AEW and he’s always been one willing to share and help other talent and it could only improve AEW’s in ring performances with the accusations they don’t sell, have bad pacing, and so on.
What do you think about Bret managing FTR? Should he join them in AEW? Let us know in the comments below.
