The Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial, throughout its duration, reveals nothing good or pleasant to hear about both sides. It is all accusations and lies, edited photos, false statements, and cringe cries.
However, one thing pops out from the gray display of defaming news and information. That one thing is the amazing performance, the thoroughly learned matter, and the ability to get to the point regardless of the difficulty of the situation by Camille Vasquez, Johnny Depp’s lawyer.
Amber Heard Is The Abuser – Depp’s Lawyer Calls Her A Deeply Troubled Person Desperate For Attention
This Friday, the 27th, after six long weeks of trials, both teams, Johnny’s and Amber’s bring closing words to the stand.
The most sounding stand is held by Depp’s lawyer. After her tremendous six-week work she takes the stand for one final time and fires on Amber Heard.
“There is an abuser in this courtroom but it’s not Mr. Depp. There’s a victim of abuse in this court but it’s not Miss Amber. Miss Heard is in fact the abuser and Mr. Depp is the abused.’ – Vasquez says.
She continues to point out the unfortunate illness that the actress has, saying that she needs help and citing the psychology expert’s claim.
“Miss Heard has Borderline Personality Disorder and is a deeply troubled person who is desperate for attention and approval.” – Camille says.
For a whole six years, Johnny Depp is living in fear and constant attacks from the broad public. Attacks that show him as a violent, possessive, and substance-dependent person. Now after this whole period his time to express his innocence is finally here.
‘On May 27th, 2016 Miss Heard walked into a courthouse in Los Angeles, California to get a no notice ex parte restraining order against Mr. Depp and in doing so ruined his life by falsely telling the world she was a survivor of domestic violence against Mr. Depp. Today, exactly six years later, we asked you to give Mr. Depp his life back by telling the world that Mr. Depp is not the abuser Amber Heard says he is. Hold Miss Heard accountable for her lies.” – Depp’s lawyer continues.
Obviously, having such an accusation and living with it every day is a very stressful thing. Imagine being a likable and famous character throughout your whole career. Then, all of a sudden, go through a switch to the contrary in just days. Imagine waking up each morning and thinking about finding yet another article where you are portrayed as a violent person. A domestic violator. Being a constant target for many journalists and reporters Depp lives through it for six long years.
“What’s at stake is this man’s good name, what’s at stake is a man’s life that he lost when he was accused of heinous crimes and the life he could live when he’s finally vindicated. Six years ago today Miss Heard filed a false report of domestic violence against her husband of 15 months, Johnny Depp. It was a set-up, she tipped off the paparazzi so they would be waiting. They knew where she would pause and show off her bruise.” – Vasquez concludes.
Amber Heard appears to be a great actress. She directs these not so simple situations and tries to turn the whole event in her favor. However, at the trials light is shed on this trait as well. All of this is thanks to the great work of Depp’s team.
“The photos capture what they wanted her to see – the image of a battered woman. The dark mark on her face appeared six days after seeing Mr. Depp. It was a lie, she knew it, Mr. Depp knew it and multiple witnesses who saw her that week knew it. The world only saw what she wanted them to see.”
As if this is not enough to put dirt on Johnny Depp’s name, the actress chooses to present herself as a famous person that represents all victims of domestic violence. Nothing more, or less, she appears on the cover of the People’s magazine back in 2018. The photo is not a pleasant one to look at. In tears and bruised she looks like a train wreck. In many people’s opinion, this is when the greatest defamation of Depp happens.
The magazine has a broad public, and due to the reach it has, people create this picture of Depp as an aggressor massively.
“Heard’s allegations are wild over the top and implausible and you can’t pick and choose which of these to believe and disregard. You believe all of it or none of it. Either she’s a victim of truly horrific abuse or a woman who is willing to say absolutely anything. It is disturbing to think Miss Heard would make up the horrific tales of abuse she testified to in this courtroom.” – Vasquez continues – “Abuse is a reality for ‘far too many women but the overwhelming evidence and weight of that evidence show it’s not her story, it’s not Miss Heard’s story.”
Moreover, Camille Vasquez continues to accuse Heard to be cruel, not only to Johnny Depp, but to the wider public, especially the ones that are true survivors of domestic violence.
According to many analysts and critics, the most upsetting detail of these trials is the audiotapes. On each trial, a new recording emerges and shows explicit and not pleasant content to hear. The tapes are mainly of situations when the couple had fights.
The actress could have been heard threatening Depp and acknowledging her physical attacks.
“I didn’t punch you, I hit you.” And “Tell them, I, Johnny Depp, I’m a victim of domestic abuse … and see how many people believe or side with you.” These are two of the most memorable Amber quotes from the trials.
Not only that she confirms that she physically attacks the actor, moreover, she dares him to tell it to the world.
And he did. He stood by it, with no shame, but a relaxing feeling. A feeling of freedom. As he is finally loose from the chains that were squeezing him.
“Take a minute to think about what you heard there. Imagine that was Mr. Depp saying that to Miss Heard. This is the real Miss Amber, in the audio recordings. What you didn’t hear in a single audio recording is Mr. Depp ever admitting to hitting, punching, or kicking Miss Heard. You didn’t hear it, it didn’t exist. It didn’t happen.” – Vasquez concludes.
The relationship or better the marriage of these two lasts for two hellish years. When Johnny finally gets a feeling that it is either living the rest of his life in hell, or breaking loose and breaking up, he logically makes a choice for the latter.
When Amber learns about it, she doesn’t feel well. Furthermore, she feels offended and surprised that someone can leave her. Leave the actress once declared the most beautiful woman on the planet.
“She didn’t just want a divorce, she wanted to ruin him.” – Vasquez says.
The furious Heard thinks of the greatest way to do that and decides to take the domestic violence role for the following years. As a divorce settlement, Heard acquires $7 million that she claims will give to charity. However, this turns out not true as well. She gave only under $1 million, plus a questionable $250 000 which rumors state Elon Musk gives to her.
“When you catch Miss Heard in a lie she covers it up with more lies.” – Vasquez closes the statement.
“’We told you this would be a performance, the role of a lifetime as a heroic survivor of brutal abuse. Miss Heard went all in. She spun a story of shocking, overwhelming, brutal abuse. She came into this courtroom prepared to give the performance of her life and she gave it.” – Depp’s team continues the blames – “Miss Heard’s acting coach said Miss Heard has difficulty crying when she’s acting. You saw it, sobbing without tears while spinning elaborate, fantastic accounts of abuse.”
“It was a performance. She told you what she thinks you need to hear to convict this man as a domestic abuser and a rapist. She wants you to believe she is a victim countless times over the entire course of their relationship. The evidence does not bear that out.”
After this, Amber’s photos that go through edits before submitting them to the court are brought up. More precisely the one from when Johnny Depp ‘head-butted’ her causing a sore nose and blue eyes.
But these Amber Heard acts are not very good thought through. The very next day, after the photo is allegedly taken, she is a guest on a James Corden TV show. On the show, she looks nothing like the photo. She is happy and smiles, does not have any bruises, and has no sign of any injuries.
“We implore you to give him his name back.” Vasquez says in the closing sentence – “Before Amber Heard no woman ever claimed that Mr Depp raised a hand to her in his 58 years and no other woman since Miss Heard made that false claim.”
The closing statement made everybody in the courtroom think the whole trial through once again. In a very colorful way, Vasquez goes through the main points of the trial and makes a powerful conclusion.
What will the judge decide? Is Depp as innocent as he is portrayed by his lawyer?
