The WWE has adopted releasing mainly their NXT talent every 90 days, and last week Persia Pirotta was one of 10 talents let go for budgetary reasons.
Persia took to Twitter to tease opening an OnlyFans account following her release and it’s garnered some interesting reactions.
OnlyFans is known primarily as an adult entertainment website, but it’s also become another source of income for wrestlers working the Indie of with other companies to help make ends meet.
For some, it’s a fan club of sorts where they share dieting, workout, and other topics while wearing skimpy outfits.
Impact Wrestling’s Jordynne Grace and Lady Frost, along with AEW’s Kiera Hogan, have accounts but openly state there’s no nudity. Recently, AEW’s Toni Storm has joined the OnlyFans ranks.
OnlyFans? 🤔

Sexy photos only
Toni Storm reportedly had thousands of subscribers within hours of opening her account, and in an interesting twist that shows the difference between AEW and WWE, she didn’t consult with them or anyone else before making her decision.
In a April interview with WAG Wednesday she talked about that and not doing adult content. Special thanks to wrestlinginc.com for the transcript.
“I mean, I didn’t have to have a conversation with anyone, to be honest. I just kind of do my thing, my family, and friends, and everyone I know is kind of in full support, I don’t really see the need to ask permission or anything.
“Well, it’s not exactly porn, what I am doing. I think you’ve got the wrong idea. Yeah, I don’t do porn. I take sexy photos and post them at a price, that’s all I do. Not porn, not that there’s anything wrong with that, it’s not what I do. Not so much crazy hardcore scenes or anything in that nature. But I like to take a lot of photos and share them with my fans. Not that there’s anything wrong with being a porn star, but I don’t do porn.”
On the site, fans will have to pay a monthly subscription fee and they can purchase pictures of her. As with other wrestlers, it’s become a second form of income that may or may not raise eyebrows of fans.
As for what Persia has in mind and whether she’s going to open an account of her own, we’ll have to wait and see.
She’ll reportedly be a free agent in under 30 days when her non-compete clause expires, so there’s plenty of time for her to figure out how to move forward with her career.
We wish her the best in whatever decision she makes.
