Amber Heard has testified that Johnny Depp ‘hated’ actor James Franco and that he accused her of sleeping with him. On Thursday, the 36 year old was on the stand for her second day of testimony where she made a vivid description of a fight they had on an airplane in May 2014. She revealed that Depp kicked her in the back.
Amber Shares Her Testimonies At The Court
Amber began to explain that, ‘He was mad at me for taking the job with James Franco. He hated, hated James Franco and he was already accusing me of kind of secretly having a thing with him in my past because we had done Pineapple Express together.’ She went on to say that Depp was angry that she didn’t tell him about romantic scenes that she had with Franco.

‘He called me a go-getter, he called me a slut – this is happening with security and his assistants on the plane. I slowly get up and he starts throwing things at me. Ice cubes, utensils. He’s calling me an embarrassment, what an embarrassment I am. It felt like there was a blackness in his eyes, it didn’t even feel like him. ‘I feel this boot in my back. He just kicked me in the back.
I fell to the floor and felt like I was looking at the floor of the plane for a long time. No one said anything. You could hear a pin drop. You could feel the tension but no-one did anything.’ Amber said that Depp continued to drink and ‘started howling like an anima’ before passing out in the airplane bathroom with the door locked. ‘I hit record on my phone. I knew Johnny would not remember what he’d done.’
Depp was all smiles on Thursday morning as he showed up at that court blasting Bob Marley’s ‘War’ to face Amber Heard in her second day of testimony. His fans lined up outside of the Fairfax, Virginia, courthouse holding signs to show their support for him and he waved as he drove by.
Amber’s First Day Of Testimony
On Wednesday, Amber had told the Jury that Depp was an abuser who assaulted her multiple times when they were married. The court was shown pictures of when Depp passed out in 2013 on Thursday. Heard had taken the picture and said that she began taking photos to ‘say look this is happening.’
‘I understood enough about addiction to know you have to hit rock bottom, have some consequence to get better,’ she continued. ‘At the time I was already sensitive, I’d been in the relationship for over a year. I’d already noticed there was this pattern of behavior changes that would make my life significantly more complicated or peaceful or difficult or wonderful dependent on what he was using.’I could tell what he was using because I’d have to look for clues. He’d pass out, get sick, lose control of himself.
People would pick him up and clean it and fix it.’ Saying that Depp wouldn’t remember any of his behavior or deny it happened. ‘There was no one to back me up, just his employees versus my word.’ Another photo showed the actor asleep in a chair in March 2013. ‘This was after a several day bender, a binge of Johnny’s. ‘He tried to burn a painting, it was accusing me of having affairs with a musician, my ex-partner.
He was on a drug binge, no eating, little to no sleep and he would use cocaine and drink all day long. That would go for a period of time. Then a major blow out and he’d get sick, pass out, feel really awful and start a period of sobriety.’ Amber said that Depp was absent for ‘almost the entire party’ and be started snapping at her when she asked him to greet guests. ‘We walk in together, we took some pictures and said a few hellos and then Johnny disappeared upstairs,’ Heard told the jury Thursday.
‘He disappeared upstairs almost the entire party.’ ‘He came down at the end when we were leaving and he came down once because he was, at the time, sharing drugs with my dad,’ she added, alleging that her father was ‘addicted to the same thing Johnny was’.
The Duo Went For Couple’s Counselling
Heard shared that they ran out of the substance and left the party because ‘they needed more of course’. ‘My dad actually left with Johnny’s security to get more drugs,’ she said. ‘They left…they came back with drugs and everything was ok, in terms of the withdrawal symptoms.’
‘Shortly after that I tried to get Johnny to come downstairs and he just snapped at me, just verbally told me to ‘shut the f**k up,” she said. She went on to share that they went for couples counseling but Depp stormed out. ‘I don’t know how many minutes went on before he stormed out, knocked something off the table and rolled a joint in the toilet before storming out the door.’
She also said that he had sent an apology to her after one fight. The message read: ‘I always regret it when I jump. For my behavior I’m a f**king savage.’ The duo were in Tokyo for the premiere of Mordecai in January 2015 when an argument ensued in their hotel room. ‘I said something snotty to him that provoked him and when I walked into the hallway he grabbed me by the arm and slammed me up against the hallway wall,’ Heard said. ‘I managed to get out of his grasp to take a few steps and went into the closet.
By the time I made it in he had me by the hair. It felt like he was wailing at me in a sloppy way and wrestled me to the floor. I didn’t have a fair shot, I was walking away from him. I didn’t see it coming he wrestled me down to the ground.’ Amber said that he was really screaming loudly and when she tried to stand up, he pushed her down and put his knees on her back.
‘I remember thinking he looked like he hadn’t been through anything, he still had his sunglasses on. He was screaming at me it was over, he wasn’t going to marry me. He was disgusted, he made a big mistake and everybody hated me. I remember crying on the floor. More than anything I was heartbroken and thought maybe he doesn’t love me, maybe he really feels this way. It broke my heart, I wanted to marry him so bad. This was the man I loved, yes it was awful at times…what he was saying to me hurt just as bad as anything else.’
Depp Stuck His Fingers Inside Amber To Search For Drugs
Amber and Deep went to the premiere soon after the fight and walked tbe red carpet together. Heard who wore a backless said that she was checking the pictures of the red carpet for bruises on her body. ‘Of all times to have a backless dress,’ she said.
‘I was checking for bruises and making sure there would be no marks on me. We looked like like this other thing on the red carpet. It was not like that.’ She said that she and Depp had a ‘magical’ relationship until things became violent. She said that his first outburst came after she asked what was written on one of his faded tattoos. When he told her ‘Wino,’ she laughed, because she thought it was a joke. ‘He slapped me across the face,’ Heard said. ‘I didn’t know what was going on.

She said that uring a weekend away with friends in May 2013, he accused her of inviting what he perceived as suggestive advances from a woman. She said that he tore her underwear from her body and stuck his fingers ‘inside’ her in a ‘cavity search’ for drugs.
Psychologist, Dawn Hughes had earlier testified that Heard had told her Depp had stuck his fingers up her vagina to look for cocaine.
Depp Says Heard’s Allegations Have Cost Him “Everything”
Depp, who used to be a top Hollywood star has claimed that Heard’s allegations cost him ‘everything.’ A new ‘Pirates’ movie was suspended, and he was also replaced in the ‘Fantastic Beasts‘ film franchise, a ‘Harry Potter’ spinoff. A state court judge in Virginia’s Fairfax County is overseeing the trial, which may last until late May.
