We’re on the path to Blood & Guts II – and Eddie Kingston is wanting to fight everyone. After Jake Hager would cost him his shot at the AEW Interim World Championship in the Casino Battle Royale, Kingston would call him out for a big match here tonight on AEW Rampage.

Eddie Kingston Shows Jake Hager That he’s A Fighter Too

Kingston would start fast, before being overpowered by Hager who nailed a set of Short-Arm Lariats. Hager had Kingston wobbly already, before a knee strike and a dump to the outside. Kingston would land some chops on the floor, before Hager hit a knee strike. Back in the ring, Hager hit the back drop, before a double overhook hold would wear Kingston down.

Hager brought this one back to the floor, hitting a suplex on the floor before a knee to the chest. Forearm blows in the corner would crush the kidneys of Kingston, with the plan seemingly being to take the breathing of Kingston away. A mat return would get a near fall, before Hager applied an armbar.

Kingston would fight free, nailing some hard strikes, before grabbing a single leg to stop a knee strike. Hager would chop the chest, and that just fired him up. Kingston would strike Hager down before missing a boot to the head – before Hager hit the Belly to Belly Suplex. Kingston would keep on fighting even after a right hand to the gut. Hager would take a thumb to the eye before a tight DDT spiked him.

Uraken was thrown, but Hager ducked. Ankle lock would be attempted, but Kingston countered into the Exploder Suplex, before the backdrop driver for a near fall. Hager would get the mat return, before applying the ankle lock. Kingston would crawl tooth and nail to get the bottom rope, surviving this attack. Two urakens would land, and that would be enough to get the pinfall.

    Satnam Singh Wins His Debut

Satnam Singh has already made an impact in AEW, but tonight he will finally make his in-ring debut. Alongside Jay Lethal, Singh is set for tag team action – and this one is not expected to go long. At 7ft 4in and being described as a one in a billion talent, Singh towered over Davey Vega & Mat Fitchett.

Singh would land a knee strike before the overhand chop on Fitchett. Vega would try and help, before both men were cut down with a crossbody. Double Lethal Injection would follow, and this one was already over. You don’t get paid by the hour in AEW.

Can anyone cut Singh down to size? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.

A wrestling fan practically since birth, who has been hooked since he got his first toy wrestling ring for Christmas as a child. Since getting access to the internet, he's watched more wrestling than he could ever remember from all around the world. It's hard to keep track of what happens in the wild world of professional wrestling, but he always tries to stay up to date. Note: No relation to Tully Blanchard of Four Horsemen fame (probably).
