Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
Tonight’s going to be a fun one as we’re going to have a pair of triple threat matches, and the winners will face off to get to challenge Bobby Lashley, and a tag team championship match between the Usos and Mysterios.
More than that, there have been rumors this is a statement show by Triple H, and we’re stoked so see how he follows SummerSlam.
We’ll be back at the 8 p.m. EST start time to kick WWE Raw Live Results into gear.
Segment 1
Becky Lynch opened it up with her right arm in a sling and talked about finding her true self at SummerSlam and praised Bianca Belair. After she and Belair had a moment, Lynch left the ring and Belair talked about how much she learned from Lynch.
Backstage, Bayley and her crew attacked Lynch with chairs nd further injured her right arm.
Segment 2
Triple Threat Match – AJ Styles vs. Mustafa Ali vs. The Miz
This was a great match as each let it all out, and it ended when Ali hit a 450 splash on Miz, but rolled into a Styles Clash for Styles to win and wait for the winner of the next triple threat match.
Segment 3
Seth Rollins vs. Montez Ford
This was another great match that Ford came close to winning, but Rollins got his knees up to counter a From the Heavens, then hit a Stomp for the win.
Segment 4
Alexa Bliss vs. Asuka
This was a good back and forth until Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY ran in and attacked them to force a No Contest.
Bianca Belair came out to chase them off and demanded a match from any of them, and it looked like SKY volunteered. It’s so nice these run ins are a rarity instead of a regular occurrence.
Segment 5
Triple Threat Match – Ciampa vs. Chad Gable vs. Dolph Ziggler
Another great back and forth saw all sorts of creative maneuvers before Ciampa hit a Fairy Tale Ending on Gable for the win.
Segment 6
Edge returned and declared he’s going to destroy Judgement Day, and told Finn Balor, Damian Priest, and Rhea Ripley he’s coming for them.
Segment 7
Bianca Belair vs. IYO SKY
Belair started it off fast by going after IYO with shoulders in the corner, but IYO turned it around with a moonsault off the apron as we headed to commercial.
Segment 8
This was a great match, but after Bayley, Dakota Kai, Alexa Bliss, and Asuka came out, a brawl ensued forcing the match to be called No Contest. This is far from over.
Segment 9
Ciampa w/The Mix vs. AJ Styles
This was off to a great start as Ciampa went after Styles and worked his injured left shoulder, but Styles fought back and hit a forearm over the top rope as we headed to commercial.
Segment 10
This was another great one that came down to the Miz putting Ciampa’s foot on the ropes after a Styles Clash and holding Styles up so he’d run into a knee and Fairy Tale Ending for Ciampa to face Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship.
Segment 11
Undisputed Tag Team Championship – The Usos (Jey, Jimmy) (c) vs. The Mysterios (Rey, Dominik)
This one started off fast and the Usos dominated early on and then ended Dominik’s flurry by catching his crossbody attempt and ramming him into the ring post as we headed to commercials.
Segment 12
This was another great match the Usos won when Jey blind tagged in and they countered Dominik’s 629 attempt with a assisted neckbreaker.
Judgement Day attacked the Mysterios after the match, and Edge came out to help. Rhea Ripley shoved Dominik in front of Balor and he took Edge’s spears, and Edge chased Balor and Priest into the crowd while medics checked on Dominik.
This was a fun night and the best Raw we’ve seen in a long time. It’s great actually seeing matches being allowed to be completed without constant run ins or other gimmicks to set something up right after it.
