Another Alabama couple was thrown into jail in early September 2022 on drug trafficking charges. Fentanyl: it’s always fentanyl. On September 15, the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office ran a search warrant on a residence in Florence, Alabama.
Another Alabama Couple Arrested and Charged with Drug Trafficking – Included in Seizure was Purple Fentanyl
In the residence, deputies found oxy pills, suboxone pills, marijuana, coke, fentanyl powder, scales with residue on them, and purple fentanyl. While the majority of this stuff is concerning, purple fentanyl—and its other colored variations—is said to be much stronger than the fentanyl that’s been in the news regularly.
In all, there was over 125g of fentanyl in the residence. Tyrecca Thompson (25) and Travian Stover (22) were charged with trafficking, possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
