Damon Kemp dealt some mortal blows to Diamond Mine recently. He was sick of being looked at as nothing but a rookie, so he’d injure Roderick Strong and cost The Creed Brothers the NXT Tag Team Championships at Worlds Collide. Tonight, Brutus Creed gets a chance to get even with Kemp, as they meet in singles action. This will be the first singles outing for Brutus in professional wrestling – usually sticking to tag team action.

Damon Kemp Can’t Resist Using Steel Chair

Without Julius Creed even in his corner, Brutus would hit the ring – entering uncharted territory – and was still wounded after his recent steel cage match with Pretty Deadly. Creed would take the fight to Kemp on the ramp, and drove him into the ring to start the match.

A gutwrench suplex would follow, before Kemp was able to slingshot him into the top rope. Kemp would apply a tight cravat, and Creed would have a hard time breaking free – especially as it hit the mat. Kemp would hit a quick elbow drop, before reapplying the hold.

Creed would almost sneak the win with a school boy, before pouncing him out of the ring. On the floor, Kemp would beat Creed down with a steel chair, ending this one in a DQ. The beating continued in the ring, before Kemp would yell right into the camera that if Julius Creed wants some, he’ll get some.

    Gallus Show Tag Team Supremacy

In a perfect world, Gallus would get along with Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen. At their core, they just want to spend an evening out drinking. Gallus would rather be in a pub, but all the same in the end. However, they’ve been bitter rivals since Gallus showed up in NXT – and tonight, their issues explode in an anything goes main event. It’s time for the first Pub Brawl in NXT history – as these two former NXT UK Tag Team Champions clash to end their differences once and for all.

This one immediately turned into a brawl, with Gallus claiming the upper hand. Wolfgang would stomp Jensen in the ring, before a kick to the midsection. Briggs hit Mark Coffey in the face with a trash can lid. A table would be set up at ringside by Gallus, before Briggs & Jensen grabbed steel chairs. Gallus would take steel to the spine, before Briggs & Jensen would focus in on Wolfgang.

Coffey would make the save, before Briggs hit a big boot to the face. He’d try and jump off the apron before Coffey took him out of the sky – and Wolfgang followed up with a powerslam. Jensen would be isolated in the ring, and Coffey would hit the jumping knee drop for a two count. Briggs tried to make the save – before both Jensen & Briggs got whipped with the belts of Gallus.

Briggs & Jensen would be able to disarm Gallus, and would use the belts to gain the advantage – to the glee of the crowd. They’d grab two pint glasses, and smash them over the heads of Gallus at ringside. Back in the ring, Coffey would be placed in a trash can, and Joe Coffey tried to make a save but was kicked through a table. Wolfgang would be thrown through a table in the ring. Coffey would be wandering about with a trash can over his head – and Jensen nailed a big kick for the victory.

Will Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs claim the NXT Tag Team Championships soon? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.

A wrestling fan practically since birth, who has been hooked since he got his first toy wrestling ring for Christmas as a child. Since getting access to the internet, he's watched more wrestling than he could ever remember from all around the world. It's hard to keep track of what happens in the wild world of professional wrestling, but he always tries to stay up to date. Note: No relation to Tully Blanchard of Four Horsemen fame (probably).
