There has been a lot of drama in the AEW locker room recently, but not everyone is focusing on that. Some like Ethan Page are focused on making AEW the best TV around, and isn’t caring about who likes each other backstage so long as everyone does their job.
Ethan Page Stays Out Of Locker Rooms That Don’t Belong To Him
During an interview with the Saturday Nights Main Event podcast, Ethan Page would have a chance to speak about the locker room of AEW – and how it’s full of people eager to succeed.
“Yeah, of course. You’re looking at a roster filled with people that spent years kind of starving together. So, there’s that pocket of the locker room that has a certain bond and comradery that will never go away. But like, as far as the whole company… I don’t know. The only thing I know is what happens in the room that has male talent across it. Anyone else that has a name on their door… I don’t go in there, I don’t know what happens in there, I don’t know what their relationships are with the other wrestlers on the roster, nor do I care. If you don’t change with me, I don’t care.”
Who Cares About All The Drama?
When asked about why Page was shying away from directly mentioning recent dramas like the Brawl Out situation or Guevara & Andrade? Page had the following to say.
“I have a question, who cares? Who cares? Literally, who cares? Who’s keeping score? You don’t need to know what our relationships are like behind the scenes, watch the damn show. We don’t need to like each other.”
Right now in AEW, Ethan Page is focused on two goals. He’s part of The Firm, a faction that will back MJF up when needed. Page is also keen on winning the AEW All-Atlantic Championship from PAC. That belt will be defended tomorrow evening as part of AEW Battle Of The Belts IV.
