Madonna recently published a fresh remix on her old hit ‘Hung Up’ featuring Tokischa, a Dominican rapper, for whom the 62-year-old Madonna appears to lose her mind.
It is not the first time that Madonna reveals her obsession with Tokischa. Ever since the hit was in negotiations she started the hype by sharing numerous photos and tweets on it. Ever since she spoke highly of the rapper and even appeared alongside her several times in the past few months.
Madonna Makes Out With Tokischa In New Music Video For ‘Hung Up’ Remix
Now when the video for the remix is out, we can see the pop queen locking lips with the rapper on several occasions throughout the video.
The video shows both Madonna and Tokischa, dancing in the middle of a stadium with each other and provocatively kissing several times. In addition, the pair looks like praying in the middle of the party at one point in the video. That levels the cringe and strangeness to the next level.
Madonna’s part in the remix is the same as in the original song. However, the remix incorporates some rapping verses from Tokischa, before switching back to Madonna’s regular voice.
The pop Queen revealed the airing of the video on Instagram by sharing a short clip from it. She captioned it ‘Hung Up On Tokischa – video out now. And in the next row tagging the rapper.
The music video takes place in Washington heights in New York. During the filming, according to reports, the police were called on Madonna several times, disturbing the filming process. The reports state that people from the neighboring buildings called the police on Madonna several times.
Back in 2005, the original masterpiece, Hung Up, topped the charts in several major destinations. It was the song of the week, month, and later the year.
The song comes after the release of Madonna’s most recent album, Finally Enough Love in August. The album contains 50 songs, all remixes from original Madonna songs.
