It has been accompanied by a hat and some sunglasses. That did not go down very well with people, as the critics were very harsh indeed. One person wrote: “It’s giving saggy diaper butt!!” while another person stated: “hot mess.”
That was bound to have affected Malia for the following reasons. First of all, it puts her across in a negative light by virtue of the fact that she was the one who designed it.
As such, this may have had a negative impact on her moving forward in working with high profile people. Secondly, it appears that the outfit was quite costly indeed.
It is alleged that this outfit can expect to set you back around ($595). Lastly, in any event, Malia appeared to be happy by the publicity that it had generated.
In a post to her fans on Instagram, Malia shared the series of comments that had bashed Meghan in light of the dress. The posted was captioned by the following comments: “Thank you #meghanmarkle for inducting us into the ring of fire.
“#markledandproud and to all the folks who head out each day rocking the thangs – the wows and the wtfs alike – we say HELL YES! wear what makes you feel kickass. Cause a commotion.”
Ultimately, as long as Meghan is happy with the outfit, then she will not mind what others have to say about it. And that is the most important thing to remember going forward. After all, Meghan is bound to have faced some backlash either way.
