That is according to royal expert Kinsey Schofield. The divide between the Sussexes and the firm has gotten greater than ever which was recently summed up during King Charles III’s first speech to the nation.
During the course of that process, he made it absolutely clear that he wished the couple the best with their lives ‘overseas.’ This was a clear indication that the firm was distancing itself from the couple.
In addition, it is quite telling that Charles’ official Coronation has reportedly been confirmed as going ahead on Saturday, 6th May 2023. It is just so ironic that this falls on the same day as Archie’s birthday.
Once again that could be another sign that the Sussexes are not welcome, as they are unlikely to skip their son’s birthday for the sake of attending the Coronation. And that all sums up just how lonely their lifestyle has become.
In her comments, Kinsey said: “Their world is lonely. Neither one of them has relationships with their families and both have ceased from communicating with longtime friends. They trust few and rely a lot on each other.”
This is in part due to the duo’s conduct. Their tendency to speak to the media, as demonstrated in the Oprah and ‘The Cut interviews,’ goes against the firm’s policy of ‘Never Complain, Never Explain.’
This was most notably the ethos the former Queen Elizabeth II had embodied during her reign. And it is no surprise, then, that she became the longest serving monarch in British history.
Nevertheless, the fans on social media did not see this entirely negatively. A certain subset felt that the couple were simply distancing themselves from those who they felt they could not trust.
One person wrote: “Her mother literally lives in their home and is helping raise their kids. The relatives who make deal with the tabloids to spy on their lives can continue to kiss their behinds.”
