The movie will cover the period in Ozzy Osbourne’s life between 1979 and 1996. A first-hand witness of the happenings in that period will write the story of the biopic – his daughter Aimee.

Ozzy Osbourne wants to opt out of one name when asked about the movie and the possible actors who could play him. He said that he would rather have someone ‘unknown’ to play him, than have Johnny Depp.
“I don’t want anyone like Johnny Depp to act like me. I’d rather have someone who is relatively unknown.” – Ozzy Osbourne said.
Unfortunately, since the movie is in planning, there is not much information on its content. What is public is that the movie story will revolve around Ozzy Osbourne’s addictions in life. And as the whole heavy metal world knows, he had many of them. The movie will get into detail to depict the relationship between him and his wife, Sharon Osbourne. It will show they managed to go through the addictions that he had and at the same time build the Osbourne family.
Ozzy doesn’t have anything against people watching his life on the big screen. He says it will be a tell-all movie that would raise awareness about addictions. It will show what did his family go through due to his addictions.

In his book, the heavy metal legend admits that he got into drug use because of his condition. His dyslexia and ADHD. He told how he didn’t like how he felt about himself and that’s why he turned to LSD, cocaine, hash, and other illegal substances. However, the legend somehow managed to straighten his life and become sober. He is sober for about seven years. He never thought that he could achieve it. But, how it feels to be alcohol and drugs free for so long.
